Once we finished brunch and got questioned by Mikey for about 30 minutes about what we're doing today and what Zane does for a living, and "What's vlogging?" and "You make money from that?" and "What about Yale?". We took a taxi back to the apartment. Zane opened the lobby door for me, holding both of our to-go bags, and the brunch we got for Tatiana. "That was so good, I can't believe I've been missing out my whole life," Zane said, putting his hand on his belly. "Right?" I agreed, pushing the elevator button.

The elevator came down and our full bodies piled in. "I need to like, take a nap," I laughed and leaned my head on Zane's shoulder. "So you speak how many languages?" Zane asked. "Four," I said. "Four?!" Zane exclaimed. "Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, and English," I said, listing all the languages off. "I only know the stuff my dad has taught me," Zane laughed. The elevator stopped on our floor and we got out and walked down the hallway. I dug through my bag looking for my key, and finally grabbed it and unlocked the door. Once I opened it, I saw Tatiana crouching in front of the TV, and my laugh was blasting from the tv. "Bryn!" She exclaimed. I stopped in my tracks. "Look I found our old videos we used to make when we were in high school," She smiled. I covered Zane's eyes. "Don't! Turn it off!" I yelled, dramatically. Zane threw my little hand off his eyes, and walked over to the couch. "Why don't you want me to watch these?" Zane laughed. "Because they're embarrassing," I whined.

My face glazed over red.

The video started out with Tatiana pointing the camera at her. "You guy's were vlogging before it was cool," Zane laughed. I walked over to Tatiana, and helped her up. She sat next to Zane and I stood off to the side, basically covering my eyes.

"Brynlee found this dog, and we're trying to help it," Tatiana said, point the camera at her then, makeupless, plastic surgery-less, freckled face. "Geez is this freshman year?" I asked Tatiana. "I think the summer going into Freshman year," she said.

The camera pointed at me, lowering myself into a canal through a broken gate. "Be careful Bryn, geez," Tatiana said, when I lost my balance. "I'm fine, just look out for cars," I said. "Holy shit Bryn, your Boston accent was so thick!" Zane laughed.

Tatiana walked closer to me with the camera in hand, and you could now see the dog. "Aw that was River!" I exclaimed.

I finally lowered myself into the canal all the way, and finessed the puppy to get closer to me with a donut from Dunkin. The little black and brown German Shepard puppy ran toward me with all the trust in the world.

"Hold on," Tatiana sat the camera on a wall behind her, and it gave perfect access to see us. I handed the puppy to Tatiana, and then pulled myself out of the canal. I took the puppy back, and held it. "Let's get you cleaned up huh?" I asked the little puppy, as Tati grabbed the camera.

The next ten minutes was us walking to the nearest pet groomer, since we couldn't drive yet, and we were already in the city. "What should we name- Uh- Her?" I asked checking to see if i was a girl or a boy.

"Hm," Tatiana pondered.

"Lily?" She asked. "No," I laughed.

"How about like- River or something since she was in a canal," I said. "That's a cute name!" she exclaimed

Tatiana slyly filmed me as I signed the puppy into the groomer, telling them the whole story. "Are you keeping her?" she asked. "I think so," I said, looking at her sweet little face.

The groomer took the puppy. "Well, we have a vet tech in house that can probably giver her a chip and everything, if you're interested in that," the woman asked. "Oh really?" I asked. "That would be really great,"

The scene cut to me outside holding my IPhone 3 to my ear. "Hey dad," I said nervously.

"I'm good, I'm with Tatiana, but guess what?"
