I heard a loud knock next to me.

My eyes squinted as the sunlight shined through the car window. A balding police officer with an ill-fitting uniform hovered over the window. I turned my car on and rolled down the window. "Is there a problem?" I asked, with a groggy voice.

"You can't sleep here ma'am," he said leaning on my car. "I'm going to have to ask you to leave," he commanded. I sat up straight, and fixed my chair. "Yeah no problem, I'm sorry for parking here," I apologized. The officer gave me a smile and walked back to his car.

Once I started to back out of the spot I got a weird feeling in my stomach. I furrowed my eyebrows and parked my car again, and unbuckled my seatbelt. I knew this feeing.

I opened the car door, and violently vomited. I continued to vomit for like five minutes. My eyes watered from the sting of stomach bile. I wiped my mouth and looked back up and the officer completely grossed out in the cop car. He backed out and didn't bother to ask if I was okay. After he pulled away, i felt the rest of the contents of my stomach come back up. I vomited again on the wet asphalt. I spit the bile that was still in my mouth, and furrowed my eyebrows. I sat up from the bent position I was in, and immediately got lightheaded. "What the fuck," I grabbed my forehead and closed my eyes. It felt like the worst hangover I've ever had. I leaned on the center console of my car. I found some water bottles in my car and rinsed my mouth out.

Once I collected myself, I grabbed my phone from my purse. "God what time is it?" I asked myself, rubbing my eyes.

I clicked the home button and my phone was flooded with notifications. It was 9:32 AM.

There were 10 missed calls from Zane, 15 from Kristen, 6 texts from Erin, and 3 texts from Scotty. I unlocked my phone and dialed Kristen's number.

It rang once and she picked up. "Bryn, are you okay?!" she exclaimed.

"I'm fine," I said holding my head. It sounded like there was a relieved sigh in the background. "Where are you?" Kristen asked. "I'm over in Studio City," I sighed, putting my car into drive. "Carly and Erin are here. Do you want us to come get you?" She asked. "Can I meet you guys at Carly and Erin's?" I asked. "Of course, of course. We'll leave now," she said, frantically.

"Kristen?" I asked.

"Yeah Bryn?"

"Thank you,"

"For what?"

"Just- Thank you," I said, rubbing my tired eyes.

"We love you, Bryn," She said. I smiled, trying not to cry for the 80th time.

I'm sick of crying.

We ended the conversation, and I drove to Carly and Erin's apartment. I parked in the garage and saw both Carly and Erin's cars, so Kristen must've picked them up this morning. I waited to see Kristen's car pull up.

I waited in the car with my chair leaned back all the way because of how nauseas I was. I dozed off a little bit, until I heard a tap on my window. I looked up and saw Erin's kind face staring back at me. I opened the door, and got out of the car, and Erin wrapped her arms around my neck. "I'm so sorry," she said. I looked at her in a defeated manner. Carly's small stature stepped in front of Erin, and she wrapped her arms around my torso. I held onto her. I just felt so..... crushed. Kristen, the most concerned of all, was so relieved to see me. She held my face in her palms and looked at me, before hugging me. I felt the tears rising in my eyes, and I wiped them away as we both pulled away from the hug. I grabbed one of my backpacks that i knew had some toiletries and clothes in it from my car, and locked it, and followed them up to Carly and Erin's apartment.
