Chapter Thirty: The Camp Games

"OKAY!" Gladys yelled as the campers started to gather together on the great lawn.

"This years camp games are a little different." She told the campers. "I will be putting you into teams." She screamed.

The kids groaned and rolled their eyes.

"QUIET."

Everyone grew stiff and looked at her.

"Team A: Emma, Maya, Riley, Ally, Xander, Lucas, Josh, Luke and Austin." Gladys said.

Rileys eyes grew wide when she heard Josh's name.

As for Ally, she was so embarrassed because of Dallas and well, that situation.

Maya was happy Luke was on her team, but sad Lucas was also there.

And, well, Emma, perky as always. Mostly cause Xander was on her team. *wink*

"Team B: Griff, Zuri, Tiffany, Ravi, Abigail and Lou."

Griff and Zuri looked at each other and smirked.

Tiffany rolled her eyes. Tiff liked Griff, but she didn't wanna tell him. It would ruin her and her 'bestfriend's relationship.

Lou smiled like always, proud to be with a 'winning' team.

Abigail and Ravi blushed. Why wouldn't they? After all, they did like each other.

"And last and final team, Team C: Jessie, Andy, Stella, Maggie, Andy and Dallas."

Jessie smiled at Andy, while Andy just scoffed. If you couldn't tell, Jessie liked him.

Everyone else didn't care to much for the camp games.

"LETS GET STARTED!" Gladys screamed.

Maya's POV

I'm in a very, very uncomfortable situation. Josh, Lucas and Luke, all on the same team as me.

Emma walked up to me and smiled. She grabbed my hand and squeezed it.

"Thanks for being there when I need you the most." I told her.

She hugged me and nodded.

"Anything for you. You deserve the world."

After 5 games

We are the lead cabin. Team B is second and Team C is third.

"It's yours." Riley whispered to me.

I looked at her and stuck out my tongue.

"The last game for the night: the two legged race. Pick a partner."

I looked at Riley and grabbed her.

"We have to win this." I looked at Riley with my game face.

She nodded and tied our legs. We got into the 'ready' position.

The gun went off and we started running.

We were in the lead when we got tripped.

When I saw who it was my face got hot and I got really upset.

Maggie.

WE HAVE TO WIN THIS!!

"GET UP AND RUNNNN!" I screamed at Riley.

We ran as fast as we could until we got up to Maggie. She looked at us and scoffed.

"Buh bye." I waved as me and Riley ran to the finish line.

"TEAM A IS THE WINNING CABIN."

We all cheered as we all hugged each other. Lucas came to me and scratched the back of his neck.

"High five?"

I nodded and gave him a high five.

Josh walked up to me.

"Hey, can you tell Riley I didn't mean what I said?"

I looked at him.

"Um, what do you mean?" I asked.

"You know, I'll help her with our baby."

I looked at him and back at Riley.

She lied to me.

I walked up to Riley and looked her in her face. She looked at me and turned her head.

"Maya?"

"DONT YOU EVER TALK TO ME AGAIN YOU LYING WHORE!!"

I ran to the cabin, into my room and locked the door.

I'm done with Riley and all her games.
