Emma's POV

"Ugh!" I screamed into my pillow.

Zuri and Abi rubbed my back.

"If you are boyfriend and girlfriend, doesn't that mean y'all automatically go together?" Abigail asked, quite curious.

I shook my head. "That doesn't mean anything. The girl still wants to get asked."

She nodded knowingly and Zuri flopped down on the bed next to me.

"I really want Griff to ask me." She said, sadly.

Abigail looked down and smiled.

I smirked.

"Who do you want to ask you Abigail."

She blushed a bright red.

"Ravi."

I screamed and jumped.

"OMG SOMEONE LIKES RAVI!!"

She started to blush really red shushed me. I sat down.

"Sorry, it's just, the only person who's ever liked him is Sasha." I started.

"...and she almost killed him." Zuri finished.

Abi laughed and blushed. "Well, I like him for him. Plus, it's cute when he gets nervous." She babbled.

Suddenly, I heard a knock on my room door.

"Come in!"

Lou opened the door, out of breath.

"Something happened to Xander, come on!"

I ran out the door and after Lou.

Lou stopped at two trees.

"Close your eyes."

"B-"

"JUST DO IT!!"

I shrugged and closed my eyes. I felt her lead me into the trees.

"Open."

There was a walkway full of roses.

When I looked up, Xander stood with a black suit and roses.

I started to tear up and I walked up to him.

"So, I know it's a lot, but the prettiest girl in the world deserves the best."

He got on his knees.

"Emma Evegaline Ross, will you go to the camp dance with me?"

I nodded and hugged him. He lifted me up and I kissed him.

"Wow." I said. "It's beautiful."

He nodded. "But not as beautiful as the girl right here."

Zuris POv

the next day (after Xander asked Emma)
"HURRY UP EMMA I NEED HELP!!" I yelled.

"Almost finished." She replied back.

I needed help picking out a dress for the camp dance.

"Done!" Emma yelled.

She ran out the bathroom into my room.

"So, which one??" I asked her impatiently.

"I like the one on the left." She told me.

I nodded. "Same."

She went back into the bathroom and finished doing whatever she was doing.

I flopped into my bed and looked at the ceiling.

"He shouldn't make me feel this way."
