Chapter Forty-Two: See You Soon

Emma's POV

I helped Jessie pack all her stuff.

"I don't understand how you fit all this stuff in two suitcases." I scoffed.

She laughed. "Because unlike you, I'm not extra."

I rolled my eyes and helped her put the rest of her stuff away. She looked at me when we were done.

She gave me a hug and I hugged her back. She stared me in the eye and put her hand on my shoulder. I put my hand on top of hers.

"I'm so proud of you Em. You are a great CIT, and you have an amazing boyfriend who cares about you." She told me.

Tears formed in my eyes and I looked at my shoulder with her hand.

"Jessie, that means a lot. Me, Luke, Ravi and Zuri all appreciate you. We love you so much and wouldn't have asked for a better nanny."

She started to cry and pulled me into another hug.

"I-I'll miss you." She sobbed.

"I'll miss you too."

She grabbed her suitcases and walked out the cabin.

Me, Zuri and Ravi all ran up to her and gave her one last hug.

"I love you guys." She said as she walked away.

"We love you too." We all yelled back.

She got on the jet and was off.

Me, Zuri and Ravi wiped out tears and went back into the cabins.

I laid down on my bed and looked at the ceiling.

I started to doze off when Xander walked in.

"Oh hey babe." I said.

"Hi." He smiled. "Just thought you might want some company."

I moved over and patted a spot next to me.

He laid down and wrapped his arms around my waist. He kissed my neck. I looked at him, and turned back towards the wall and fell fast asleep.
