Pregnant By A Dragon

Chapter 4

I enter into the living room. I see a few couches, a table with a vase of roses. I see a massive wall tv and a few game consoles. I walk a little farther in to see that the kitchen is connected to the room with only a open wall with a counter separating them. There was some guy eating a chicken wing with his plate resting on the counter. He looked to be close to his 30s with pure black hair and full facial hair. He looked at me for a second, he has bright red eyes that shined a little like blood rubies, before looking away and yelled "JOSH YOUR HUMANS AWAKE".

I heard a door swing open behind me as Josh walks in.

"Hey don't call her that. You know exactly who she is even if she is in fact human. So you better start calling her correctly and get along with her since she'll be staying here" Josh said very seriously and with a touch of anger.

The guy just smirked as he replied "Oh I know exactly who and what she is. I just don't think thats going to last, especially when gramps gets here...You broke the rules remember... Oh and don't try to intimidate me Josh. I'm much older than you and just cause your skill is speed and power doesn't mean you can take me on since I'm only a strength".

"I'm not saying I can beat you Bruce, but I am saying that if you insult or cause any harm to my wife then I will definitely cause you some pain" Josh replied a lot more calmly.

'Wait!?...wife!? Since when have I become his wife. I mean I am carrying his baby but that doesn't make me his wife...right?' I thought to myself. I was about to ask Josh this until a loud and heavy thud was heard outside which didn't worry me as much as what was heard next.

"JOSH GET YOUR ASS OUT HERE ALONG WITH THE HUMANS!" A loud and angry voice said.

I looked at Josh as he grabbed my hand. He put on a very serious and determined face but his eyes shown worry as he glanced at me for a moment before pulling me through the front door.

We looked to be at the back of the village. The house had a big front lawn and considering what was infront of me, the size made sense.

It was a white dragon. It was at least 2 times bigger than Joshes form, at least what I remember of his form, it had bright red patterns all over its body. The patterns looked almost like lightning traveling through its body. What scared me most, as if it wasn't scaring me enough already, was the fact that it had no eyes. There was white light coming from where it's eyeballs should be.

It suddenly started walking towards us. I tensed up and was preparing to run but it suddenly morphed into an old man. With white hair instead of gray. He looked to be about 80 by his face but the muscles on his arms begged to defer. Josh let go of my hand and waved at the man saying "Hi gramps...um this is---". Suddenly before Josh could finish he was held up by his throat against the wall of the house. It all happened in an instant. I don't think I had time to even blink before Josh ended up against the wall. I was looking at them and just standing there completely stunned, then who I only knew as gramps at the moment spoke in a tone that was filled with rage but at the same time calm, it was a scary voice to hear.

"Don't you "Hi gramps" me. Why the fuck did you bring a human here, especially into my house. You know the rule about letting humans and other creatures into the den. You of all people should know why that rule is there". I caught a hint of sadness in the last sentence as gramps let go of Josh.

Josh dropped to the ground coughing and trying to catch his breath. He then got up and said in a voice the had both determination and fear.

"I know the rules gramps but I had no choice. She has no where to go and plus she's my wife and---"

Again Josh called me his wife and I was about to ask him why but gramps interrupted.

"Wife? What wife? I don't remember you getting married or getting an invitation to your wedding. So you better start explaining because it doesn't seem like even your "wife" knows about your marriage"

"I know, I know...So me and liz" Josh said pointing at me "were at a party...we didn't go there together or anything. I just decided to try and...loosen up and she turned out to be there too. So there was some alcohol at the party and...things happened and I'm really sorry gramps. I never ment for this to happen but..." Josh pulled the neck of his shirt down to show an identical tattoo in the same location as mine "they did".

"No...no...it can't be...she can't be" suddenly all the rage in gramps voice disappeared as he looked at me with sympathy. It was the same look you give a person dying of cancer. He then walks up and hugs me saying "I'm so sorry for you Liz".

I was already confused enough with everything going on and the fact that he was hugging me after giving me a look like I'm dying and that know one would clearly tell me anything made me really angry for some reason. So I pushed gramps away and loudly said "Ok can someone please fucking explain to me what the fuck is going on. Who or what are you people? What is this tattoo on my chest and why does it make me your wife? Why is it that I can't get an abortion and what is this place?".

I finished talking and breathed a few deep breaths. Josh moved his hands as if to calm me while walking towards me.

"Ok ok. Just calm down. I'll explain everything to you"
