Cleve's pov

The meeting goes by smoothly. They solve the problem easily. At isa pa, parang langit ang meeting kanina. Ansaya.

"Boss, here's the files you told me to find."

"Okay." Ang cold ni boss bigla. Kanina naman ayus pa siya. Basta pagkatapos ng meeting, 'di na siya ngumingiti ta's may babaeng lumingkis sa kaniya at himala, tinaboy niya 'yung babae. Baka dahil sa ex niya? I thought of what happened a while ago.

"Sorry, I'm late. Now, proceed," my boss announced.

"ok- well well well. Who is this pretty lady beside you?" a black haired guy said.

"My secretary," boss answered.

"Why don't you introduce her to us, dude," another guy said, this time he's blonde.

"Fuck off, Stanfield. She's Cleve, my secretary."

"Nice to meet you baby, I'm Rick," the blonde said. He's more like a playboy just like my boss.

"Hey, Ms. Cleve. I'm Tristan," black haired guy and he's freaking hot.

"The name's Thunder," the serious type said.

"And I'm John," the bookworm said. I thought of him like that because he can't take his eyes off on the files he's holding.

"Hi," I told them with a smile then they sat. "Is this sit taken? " I asked while pointing to the chair beside my boss.

"Nope," they said in unison except boss. Ang pinagtataka ko lang kung bakit nakasmirk silang apat.

While they are discussing, a sophisticated woman came in.

"Sorry, I'm late."

'Di ko sya pinansin kasi busy ako sa pagte-take down notes. Narinig ko na may umubo sa likod ko kaya tumingin ako.

"Do you need anything? " I ask her. Halatang may sungay din. Maganda sana, maldita lang.

"Yes, I want you alis alis from my upuan"

I look at the chair finding his name. "Sorry but your name isn't written here so it's not yours"

"You bitch!"

"Shanelle don't make a scene here," Rick said.

"Pero she's taking ang aking chair!" Ambata isip naman nito.

"We told her that it's not taken so just let her be," Tristan said. Yiee pinagtatanggol ako ni crush. Keleg much.

"but-" Someone talked.

"Cleve, find other chair and sit there," boss said. Letse 'tong lalaking 'to.

"See? Damien ay on my side. Kasi he's still in love with sa akin. By the way, I'm Shanelle Landfort, Damien's Ex," she said confidently. Mukha bang may pake ako sa sinasabi nya?

"She's not. Cleve, I said-" I cut him.

Magsasalita sana si boss pero sinenyas ko 'yung kamay ko sa kaniya para tumahimik siya at saka ko hinarap ang demonyita. "At ikaw, ano ngayon kung ex ka? Kaya nga ex 'di ba? Kasi past na.
