~Authors note~ Hey y'all! I have returned with a new chapter. I know i promised to update faster,but I have been very busy with school and my responsibilities. I haven't had access to a computer,but now i do,so Ill be able to update. Hopefully Ill be able to start writing a new chapter soon. You and Rin fell out on the other side."Glad you could both join us",Nozomi said,looking down at you. "No-nozomi?",you stuttered as you began to stand up. "Why do you look so confused?",Nozomi asked as she smirked and winked at you. "Oh it's nothing..we were just looking for you and Rin earlier.",you said. "Everyone found me before you got back obviously hehe.",said Nozomi as Rin began to stand up. A second or two later,Hanayo came out from behind Nozomi. "Kayochinnn! I'm so so so sorry for everything i said earlier. Can we be friends again?", Rin pleaded as she tackled Hanayo with a hug. "Of course Rin! Also,I could never stop being your friend,I would miss you too much if that were to happen.",replied Hanayo meekly. The two continued to embrace until Umi yelled,"Okay,now that everyone is here,can we please start practice?! We're thirty minutes behind." Everyone nodded in agreement as Rin called out,"Everyone! Im sorry for causing you so much trouble!" Rin bowed and walked towards Umi and Kotori. "Its okay,we all have problems and we all make matinees sometimes.",said Kotori in a kind,reassuring voice. You smiled at the scene and walked to a shady area to wait. As they practiced,you sat doing homework;from time to time,you would grab the laptop and watch videos of other idols. You enjoyed watching them and comparing them to muse. Not a single idol group was the same,and that was really interesting to you. As the time went by,you continued to sit and watch the videos whilst completing homework. You were so immersed in what you were doing that you didn't notice when the girls in muse stopped singing,or when they walked over to you,and even when they called out your name several times. "(y/n)!",Eli yelled almost curtly at you. You jerked your head up and responded,"W-what?! Im sorry..I was distracted." Everyone began to laugh,and soon,you were laughing too."Practice has been over for like 10 minutes!",Nico teased as she continued to laugh. "I was watching something.",you said in your defense as you showed them what was on the laptop. They saw the videos that you were watching,the notes that you have been typing up,and the links to their websites. "Woah..whats all of this?",asked Umi quite curiously. "Well um... I decided to study and compare your group to others..its very interesting to me",you replied,a bit flourished. Nozomi and Honoka scanned all of the information and nodded towards each other. "I think you should be our manager!",Honk yelled,excited. "M-manager?",you questioned curiously. "yep...actually,the cards predicted it earlier today",Nozomi added. The rest of the group was skeptical about the idea at first,but soon gave in and agreed with the idea. "please (y/n)? You're always at our practices and you seem to enjoy this sort of thing.",Honk begged. You started thinking,and then you realized that it would probably be really fun to be muse's manager. "Okay,Ill do it!",you proclaimed as you got up and jumped excitedly. The entire group cheered,and with that being done,practice ended and you all headed home...with the exception of you and Hanayo. "W-why don't we look for a nearby diner?',you suggested as you hesitantly reached for her hand. "Of course,as long as they have rice!",Hanayo chuckled softly as she took your hand. You smiled at her and began searching for a place to eat.

After a few minutes,you find yourself and Hanayo standing in front of a cute little building thats painted pink with picture of rice balls taped to the windows. The place didn't look too crowded,and it was really pretty,so you and Hanayo decide to go in. Y'all chose a nice booth by a window and sat down. "Hi! May I take your orders?",a waiter asked as she came up to your table. "I would like (whatever you want to order lol) how about you Hanayo?", you said as you gestured towards Hanayo. " I would like plain rice and a lemonade please.",Hanayo said softly. "Okie dokie! Your food should be out in about ten minutes",said the waiter cheerfully as she hurried away. "So I-",you and Hanayo started at the same time. "Please,you go first",you said reassuringly to her. "I'm...I'm just so happy that I met you..I mean you've helped me so much...especially with Rin. You're just amazing. I don't know how to thank you",she said quickly as she hid her blushing face. You couldn't help but smile...she was all you needed. "I feel the exact same way",you said sweetly. Ten minutes went by, and your food was served. You both ate quietly,letting all of your emotions flow softly through the air around you. Even though this wasn't a major act, eating like this with her was something that you would keep close to your heart. After all,its the little things that count right? Unfortunately,20 minutes later,the both of you have finished the meal. You paid the bill and walked Hanayo outside. "I guess we should head back home then huh?",you asked her. "I guess so",she responded wistfully. Because she lived so close, you decided to walk her home. On the way, Y'all chatted about simple things such as school,Muse, and well...rice until it was time to part ways. "Bye! I'll see you on Monday!", you called out to her as she walked towards her house, waving goodbye. You headed home, but when you reached your placed, you noticed a large truck parked at the house next door. Not thinking much of it, you stepped into your house where you were greeted by your mother "Hey sweetie! guess what?? We have new neighbors! They have a son who's your age, and I told them that you would show him around the city...",your mom said excitedly. "W-wait! What!!",you responded, a bit shaken by what she'd said. "You heard me, now goodnight. Get some rest, you have a big day ahead of you tomorrow.",she said as she be bopped her way to her room. "We literally just moved here?! I don't even know this guy, or the city!", you thought aloud. Of course your mother wasn't listening, so you cleaned yourself up and got ready for bed. Y'all lived in a medium-sized two-story house, and your room was the only one that was upstairs. You trudged upstairs, each step bringing you closer to the worries of tomorrow. When you got to your room, you noticed a light shining from outside of your window. "What the flippin' heck", you thought to yourself as you walked over to the window. As you looked out, you noticed a boy holding a flashlight. He appeared to be looking for something. He looked to be about you age... maybe a bit older, and tall with dark brown hair (not to mention good lookin'). "This must be the dude that mum was talking about earlier...",you whispered to yourself. You wanted to open the window and call out to him, but something was holding you back. A soft voice was pressing in the back of your mind. Hanayo's voice...warning you. That was the last thing you remembered before crawling into bed and drifting to sleep
