Shizuo's pov:
"Izaya. . .,"
"Shizu-chan. . .,"
It felt like an eternity as we stared at each other eyes, but really it was only a few minutes. I missed Izaya so much. I haven't seen him in a long time. I missed his soft hair against my face, his maroon eyes staring at me lovingly, his voice saying that ridiculous nickname of his. I missed him so much.
"Oh! Hi! It's you again, Shizuo-san!", the little girl exclaims, smiling up at me.
I see Izaya snap out of his trance and glare at Hana and Kyohei, "How does she know him?!"
"We bumped into him this morning while you were at work. I was shopping for books for Ayumi to read, then the shop owner was being robbed. She followed him and beat him up, then I came in. We caused quite a commotion, but I didn't know Shizuo would be in that area!", Hana explained.
"Just like you, Izaya, she was curious and asked who he was.", Kyohei adds.
"And you just told her?!", Izaya asked angrily.
"More like Erika and Walker did," Kyohei says.
"Izaya–", he cut me off.
"Shizuo, we're sorry, but we have to go," Izaya says with a nervous smile.
"But, tou-chan, we haven't even ridden the ferris wheel yet!", the girl says.
"Wait. She's. . . . .you're daughter?", I ask, a bit jealous.
"Yeah! I'm Ayumi Orihara! Oba and oji-san said you and tou-chan were old acquaintances!", Izaya's daughter, Ayumi, says.
"YOU TOLD HER WHO HE WAS TO ME?!?!", Izaya exclaims angrily, making a few people turn to us.
"Not entirely, Izaya," Hana says.
"Shizu-chan~!", shit. That was Erika and Walker.
"Shizuo-kun, what are you doing– oh! Good evening, Hana, Kadota, Izaya, and little Ayumi!", Shinra greets.
"Wait. You knew?!", I say, almost angrily.
"Oh! U-uh. . . .," he nervously smiles. "More or less! I was the one who–"
"Shut it, Shinra!", Izaya yells.
"That's it! If no one is going to tell me what's going on, I'll have to ask you instead, you dirty fleabag!", I say, pissed as I grabbed Izaya's wrist, pulling him with me away from the others.
"Izaya/Tou-chan!", I hear both Hana and Ayumi yell.
"Let them speak for a while. Izaya's going to be fine," Kyohei says.
I pull Izaya and I out of the festival, making us enter an alleyway. I pushed him against the alley wall gently not to hurt him and pin my hands above his head. He looks scared –shaking even–, but he continues glaring at me. I press my lips against his. He tenses up and tries to push me away, but he fails when he submits under me.
I wrap an arm around his waist, my other hand remove my shades from my face and keeping them in my vest. Izaya's hands were positioned like he was holding my shoulder from trying to push me away from him. Our lips move in sync together, but I pull away, ending our make-out session to tell him what I've been wanting to say.
"You stupid, unpredictable, protozoic monster," Izaya mumbles under his breath, his cheeks flushed.
"You love me, Izaya," I say.
"No! You're only making things harder for me!", he exclaims.
"You are too, Flea. I'm jealous,"
"W-what?"
"I'm jealous you have a daughter and it's not mine.", I say.
"Ayumi. . . . .She's. . . . .She's your daughter too," Izaya mumbles, eyes looking downcast.
"How? You can't get pregnant," I say, connecting our foreheads together.
"Shinra placed a drug in my drink at the time of Hana-nee's birthday party. I got pregnant because of it.", he says.
I look for any sign of lies in my flea's eyes, knowing he had the ability to do that. To my surprise, there was none. Meaning, what he said was true. Ayumi was mine and Izaya's. I smiled. I didn't know Izaya was pregnant the whole time, but that made sense because he was vomiting early in the morning before.
I felt a warm feeling in my chest. That warm feeling was like whenever I was with Izaya. Now knowing that Izaya had given birth to a child we created, I felt all warm and fuzzy inside. Ayumi was ours. We could make a family.
