Izaya's pov:

I was bored out of my mind. My humans already bore me nowadays. Always easy to predict what their reactions would be, what they would do, and such. The chat room was empty. Seems like Mikado and Anri were hanging out with that Aoba kid, Celty doing some jobs or staying with Shinra, Masaomi hanging out with Saki, and my sisters probably exploring Ikebukuro looking for Kasuka or Celty.

I got up from the couch and grabbed my fur-trimmed jacket, deciding to head out to get some fresh air. I was tired of staying cooped up in Shizu-chan's apartment. Might as well find him or wander around Ikebukuro. I put my shoes on and headed out, a smile on my face. Little did I know going out was the worst mistake of my life. . .

~ time skip ~

I just wander around Ikebukuro, unable to find Shizu-chan or Tom-san anywhere. I was starting to get scared, being alone in this whispering crowd that looked at me and snarled. I just covered my frightened look with a grin. I then hear voices in an alley on my left. One I recognize as Shizu-chan's voice. The other was quiet, but I could hear a bit of a Russian accent, though I wasn't sure.

"I don't think we should do this here," Shizu-chan says.

"Why not?", the woman asks.

I move closer, hiding behind a dumpster to hear them better, "Vorona, someone will see us. It's dangerous!"

"And why is that?", the woman with the now clear Russian accent I remember as Vorona said.

What was Vorona doing here I didn't know. But she needs to leave. She and Hana-nee have a bad past together. Dennis, Hana-nee, and Varona worked in the same organization before, but Hana-nee didn't want to work with them anymore and quit, so she became a debt collector for Tom-san and her own information broker. Varona called her a coward and Hana-nee almost killed her if it wasn't for Dennis.

"Because! Kadota and his gang might see us and tell Izaya! Even Celty might see!", Shizu-chan exclaims.

"That doesn't matter," she says blankly.

"Well it does to m– mmph!", Shizu-chan was cut off by the blonde Russian kissing him.

I was about to rush there to pull Vorona away from Shizu-chan, but I see him wrap his arms around her waist. He looked like he was kissing her back, and he was. I stopped in my track. I couldn't see and think of anything but the two blondes in front of me.

See? He doesn't love you. He's kissing Vorona, a voice says.

No

He never fucking loved you, Izaya! You fucking idiot!

No. Leave me alone!

Go die, you bastard! I hate you! No one cares if you were gone! We will all be probably celebrating!

No. Shizu-chan, please. . . .

Izaya, I lie every time I say you're my favorite sibling. Truth is, Mairu and Kururi are better than you are. I just said that because it was nice seeing your emotions. You were so gullible, ne~!

Nee-san. . . .?

Izaya, go do everyone a favor and die.

Dota-chin. . . .?

Go to hell you bastard!

Shizu-chan, stop. . . .! Why am I hearing this? Why is this happening again? I thought they stopped!

Shizuo's pov:

In the corner of my eye, I see Izaya just staring at us. A void and betrayed look. I knew what he was looking at. My eyes widen at realization and I remove Vorona off of me. I look at Izaya, unable to get words to form and leave my mouth. Then he runs away crying.

"Izaya! Wait!", I say, snapping out of my thought and running after the raven.

Sadly, I lost Izaya in the crowd. I try to look for him in the crowd of Ikebukuro, but I wasn't able to find him. I then head straight to my apartment, hoping he was there in his room. But once I got there, I checked his room. It was open. Izaya wasn't here. The apartment was quiet. I was almost starting to lose hope and think I had lost Izaya, but then I realized he must have gone to his apartment to Orihara-san.
