JENNY'S POV
"Jenny"
"KAT?"
Okay my bestfriend was crying. Nobody makes my bestfriend cry.
"He doesn't like me. Meredith said they were going to fix things between them"
She was crying so hard it was hard for me to understand what she was saying.
"She said they were going to get back together"
The words hit me right in the heart. I couldn't see my bestfriend's heart break.
My eyes caught Ethan's. He was staring at me as if to tell me to calm Kate down.
I could feel he liked her why was he acting like that. Why didn't he just tell Meredith to go?
"Come on Kate let's go fix your makeup. We're going to do this the hard way"
We head to the bathroom.
"The is the second time we go to the restroom in less than 20 minutes Kat. People will think..." I tried to make her laugh. But she wasn't even smiling. The Kat I know would've made a joke out of it right away. She was really hurt.
I took some lipstick and eyeliner from my makeup bag and began to fix her makeup.
"Stop crying Kat. She doesn't deserve it"
"I know Jenny. It's just something doesn't feel right"
"I know. And I'm going to figure it out. But right now Kat you got to be strong. Believe me. He does like you. I can feel it"
I really could. I always had this strong feeling about couples. I would always find out if two people liked eachother.
But I never was able to find out if someone liked me.
"You look so hot Kat I swear if I was a boy I..."
"JENNY." She began laughing.
"That's my kat. Now come one let's go. They must be waiting for us in the bus"
We got out from the airport's door right to find a huge tour bus with the twins picture on it.
"That's awesome. We're living our dream Jenny"
I was really happy. I mean that was our dream right?
We never imagined that day would actually ever come.
"Jenny!!" I heard Grayson calling for me.
Man how does he manage to look this good everyday?
"We're here Gray" I said as he helped us climb over the two steps leading into the bus.
"Are you okay kate?"
"Yeah I'm fine Gray. Thanks. Jenny I'm going to have some sleep. I feel tired"
"Okay Kat if you need me just.."
"Don't worry Jenny I'll be okay"
She opened the door leading to the bedroom as she passed next to Ethan and Meredith not saying a word.
"Is she really okay?" Asked me Grayson.
"Gray we need to make Ethan realize what he's doing is wrong"
"We will Jenny. I promise. I know what's best for my brother and I know it's not with Meredith"
"You're amazing Gray" I said while I put my head on his shoulder.
"You're the one that makes me this amazing Jenny. You make me a better person"
"You are a great person Gray. You don't need me to know that right?"
"I need you every single day"
How was I this lucky?
I wish I knew then that it was too good to be true.
"Hey Jenny" I turned around only to see Ethan standing behind me.
"Yeah Eth?"
"Can I talk to you for a sec?"
"Yeah sure. I'll be back Gray"
"I'll be waiting love"
I felt my heart skip a beat as I heard him say that.
"Jenny?"
"Oh yeah Eth!"
We went to the back of the bus.
"Uhm. Is kate okay?"
"Ethan. You know she's not. Why are you doing this to her?"
"Jenny Meredith is a really nice person and I.."
"Ethan are you mad? Ethan who broke your heart?"
"..."
"Who spent weeks and months putting its pieces back together?"
"..."
"Who spent every single minute with you ethan just so you wouldn't feel alone?"
"Look..."
"Meredith broke your heart Ethan. Grayson, kate and I spent the following days trying to mend your broken heart Ethan. Kate spent every single minute with you so you would never feel alone"
"I'm sorry"
He left. He walked towards Meredith. He's sorry? I didn't understand a thing.
