JENNY'S POV
"Jenny wake up!" Grayson screamed.
"Oh my God Grayson what's wrong?"
"Open your eyes"
"HOLY SHIT GRAYSON"
How the heck did I sleep through that?
We were literally in the middle of a lake. Like I don't even know where.
"Second surprise! Picnic in a boat"
"Gray you really shouldn't have. I mean..."
I couldn't finish my words. Not because I didn't want to but because Grayson's lips were on mine. Leaving me speechless.
"I...I.."
"You just enjoy it" he continued my unfinished sentence.
"Yeah...uhm..." what was wrong with me?
It wasn't the first time he kissed me but hell every time he did I just blushed like crazy.
"I love it when you're shy"
Shit he noticed how red I was.
"So what did you get for breakfast"
He didn't reply. He just smiled as he took the basket from the seat next to him and then got a box out.
"Pizza? Why aren't I surprised?" I laughed.
"Because you know me so well" he teased.
"Let me guess. Pineapple?"
"True. See I told you you know me well"
"I do know you well" we both smiled.
I took a piece from the box and sat next to him.
"Here take a bite" I said.
He opened his mouth but instead of putting the slice in his mouth I took a bite of it and ran to the other side of the boat"
"Sike" I laughed.
"You did not just do that"
"And what are you going to do about it?"
He smirked.
Heck I know that smirk.
"No Grayson don't even think about it!"
He came closer.
"GRAYSON NO"
I screamed as he lifted me up and threw me in the water.
"I'm joining in" he laughed as he jumped after me.
"I hate you"
"No you don't" he said, pulling me closer.
"I do"
"No you don't"
He came closer so my lips were almost touching his.
"I...I do... hate..you"
"Really?" He grinned.
"Y..y..yeah"
"Mmmm"
I got lost in his eyes. Like we weren't in the water. He held me close to his chest as his warm lips made me dream about the future we might have had.
We both backed away for a breath.
"Gray...I.."
"No" he put his finger to my mouth as he didn't want me to remind him of what's coming. Of the sad truth that we can't ignore.
"Baby, let us feel the moment. Forget everything" he continued.
"I love you" My eyes were tearing up. And it wasn't because I was sad I was dying. It's because I didn't want Gray to feel lonely after I did.
I didn't want him to miss me.
I didn't want him to cry.
I didn't want him to keep holding on to my memory.
"I love you too babygirl"
I stepped in the bathroom of our appartment so I could have a bath.
"Can I join?" He asked.
I blushed like crazy. But I wanted to live every moment I still had with him.
"Sure"
"Let me help you with that" he said as he helped me take off my clothes.
"You look so beautiful"
My face was burning hot.
"Come on. Get in the water before you get cold"
The water started running as he sat behind me in the hot tub and started putting shampo on my hair.
"Relax baby" he kissed my shoulder.
That was the best bath I ever had.
"So... did you like today's surprise?"
"No"
"Really? I knew I should've done something else"
"I didn't like it. I loved it Gray. This was the best day ever"
"There is much more to come baby. Let's get some sleep for tomorrow"
"Promise I won't wake up in the middle of a lake in my pyjamas though?"
"Hahahaha I promise babe"
Another bracelet. Another day.
