Ha. What irony is this?
2 years of visiting doctors and none of them knew what was wrong with me. The fact that when I had no one in my life and I didn't mind dying, I didn't die. But now, now that I finally found Grayson, I'm really dying?
What did I ever do to deserve this?

"What's going on in that head of yours?" Kat asked.
"I want to leave"
"What do you mean leave?"
"I don't want to go back home. I can't face Grayson"
"Jenny you are literally talking nonsense right now"
"I'm not joking kate"
"But he wouldn't be able to handle it"
"I don't want his last memory of me to be the dying and weak me. I want him to remember me as the fun and life loving person I am. Not the other way around"
"As your best friend I can't let you spend your last days alone and without the person you love. Jenny you need Grayson and especially now"
"What if he stopped loving me"
"He won't. Give it a shot Jenny what have you got to lose"

Nothing. Absolutely nothing...

"Where were you?! I was worried sick!" Grayson's voice filled my ears as I stepped inside the house.
"At the mall. With kate"
"Don't lie to me"
"Gray please don't do this to me"
"Do what Jenny? Care about you? Should I stop caring about you just because you're sick?" He shouted.
"Yes. Yes because I don't deserve your love and you shouldn't spend your love on someone who only has a month to live"
"A month?"
"Maybe even less"
"But..."
"There's nothing you can do to change the fact that I'm dying"

And there's nothing I can do to change the fact that I will love you till I die.

I left him and turned to go to my bedroom.
But he grabbed my arm as soon as I took the first step.
"No. You're not just going to turn your back on me and give up. Don't you get it? You're my everything. I won't stop loving you"

And that was when I knew he wouldn't give up. I had to do something. I had to get him to forget me. My heart was breaking into pieces as the words left my mouth.
"But I don't love you anymore Grayson"
"You're lying. You just want me to give up on you so I wouldn't get hurt"
I was lying. I loved him and would love him till my last breath.
"I'm not" I said as a tear escaped my eye.
"Baby but your touch tells me otherwise" he whispered as I noticed myself holding on to his hand like it was the last time I was going to touch him.

"I am going to stay by your side till the end of time. Even if it's a day away" he continued.
"I'm going to make the rest of your days the best days you'll ever have. You'll see"
"Do you promise to let me go when I tell you so?"
"I promise to let you go when my heart stops beating"
"But I never want your heart to stop beating. Because it's the only thing that's keeping me alive right now"
"Then I promise to keep you close so you would hear its beatings. The ones that are just for you"

"Let's go" Grayson said as he pulled me to the car.
"Where?"
"You'll see. Just trust me"
"Okay"
I got in the car and suddenly everything went black as he blindfolded me.
"Gray if I didn't know better I would've said you were trying to kidnapp me"
"Close. But not it"
"Oh really?" I laughed.
"Shush. You'll see where we're going when we get there!"
"You're so mean. You know how much I get excited!"
"I know baby"
