KAT'S POV
Ethan was just standing there with his arms around Meredith.
I felt like my heart was broken into million pieces as he leaned in and kissed her.
"Kat?" I felt Jenny put her hand on my back.
"I'm fine"
"How about we go for a walk?"
"Okay"
Fresh air hit my face as we left the grand hall where the twins performed.
I needed some time.
I never knew what heartbreak meant.
I guess I do now.
"I'm sorry Kat"
"It's okay Jenny" a tear went down my cheeks as I turned away so she couldn't see it.
"You know you shouldn't hide your tears from me Kat. I'm always here for you" she said as she took me in for a warm hug.
"It's that I felt my heart was on fire and I.."
"I know Kat. I know sweetie I'm so sorry. Hey! How about we get some icecream?? That always cheers you up!"
"I don't know.."
"Come on Kat!"
"Fine"
We got our icecream and we continued our walk.
"This tastes really good for a homemade icecream cone!" Jenny laughed.
"It does"
She started running ahead of me as if someone was chasing her.
"Jenny what the hell are you doing?"
"Run kat. It's fun. Come on!!"
"But I'm eating my icecream"
"Oh just walk a little faster then" she said as she took a huge bite of her icecream.
"You're going to have a brain freeze if you keep eating icecream like that!"
"I don't care. Cause I'ma savage"
"Oh my God Jenny" a giggle escaped my mouth.
She made me smile. She never seemed to fail in making me feel better no matter how sad I was feeling.
"Come on let's go back to the bus. It's getting dark"
"The door isn't opening" Jenny said as she struggled to open the bus door.
"What do you mean?"
"Kat it's locked"
"Jenny what are you talking about??"
The door was locked? Wait did Ethan lock it so he and Meredith could have some time alone?
Oh God please.
"Oh! Is the door locked?"
We heard a voice coming from the bus window.
"Meredith.." Jenny sighed.
"Bitch open the door right now!" I said.
"Well that's not a nice way to speak to your bestfriend's girlfriens right?"
I was speechless.
"I'm sure Ethan won't be so happy when he finds out you called his girlfriend a bitch right Kate?"
"Meredith just shut up and open the door" Jenny shouted.
"Jenny!" Grayson called out from his bedroom's window. "What are you and Kat doing outside?"
"Gray, Meredith lo..."
Before she could finish the door opened.
"Get in Jenny I don't want you to get sick" he said.
"Come on Kat" she turned to me "Let's get inside"
We got inside and Meredith was no where near the door.
That sneaky little rat.
"Kat. Let's just forget about that"
Oh I was not going to forget about it.
"Okay Jenny goodnight" I simply said.
"Kat. Promise"
"Jenny goodnight"
I couldn't promise her cause we both knew I wasn't going to let that go.
I got in my room and pulled out a bottle of hair remover I had in my bag.
Do not ask why I have a bottle of hair remover. You do not wanna know trust me.
I get inside Meredith's bathroom and held her shampo bottle in my hands as I opened the lid of the hair remover bottle.
"Kat what are you doing??"
"Jenny wtf! You scared the living hell out of me!"
"I knew it. You're not going to forget about what happened!"
"Jenny don't you dare stop me"
"Who said anything about stopping you? Anyone who dares mess with my bestfriend doesn't deserve anything but some hair remover" she laughed.
"That's my bestie"
She held the shampo bottle as I filled what's empty of it with some hair remover.
"We're so mean" Jenny smiled.
"Come on she deserves it! I froze my butt off outside!"
"Kat it's summer" Jenny laughed.
