A/N: I really like one-shots. They're so easy to write! (Edit: No they aren't.) I don't know if where Skulker lives is actually an island but I don't know what else it would be, so sorry if I'm wrong. I hope you enjoy this chapter!!

Summary: Skulker catches Danny and sets him free in his lair so Skulker can hunt the ghost boy like game. Danny would just fly away except Skulker got ahold of a specter deflector and Danny doesn't have time to find the key, leaving him without his ghost powers. Will his friends save him before Skulker catches his prey?

Danny slowly wakes up on his back and opens his eyes to see the swirling green shades of the ghost zone above him, causing him to jerk up and look around wildly. "Where am I?" He asks aloud, confused. Danny stands up and tries to turn into his ghost form on instinct but screams in pain as volts of electricity travel throughout his body. It lasts for only a few seconds but leaves him on his knees gasping for breath.

He looks down and is surprised to see a specter deflector locked around his waist. What? I guess no ghost form then. He shakes his head and stands up again, walking towards a nearby line of trees. He's hoping he can find a way off this jungle of an island. How did he get here? The last thing he remembers was going to bed in his room. Either he's somewhere else, or he's having a very crazy dream.

Did a ghost kidnap him? If that's true, Danny isn't that surprised. It's not like it hasn't happened before. A long high pitched whine fills the air and Danny freezes, easily recognizing the sound of a charging gun. He turns around slowly to see Skulker, a gun pointed straight at him. "Let the game begin." The ghost says and Danny turns around, running deeper into the forest.

Now he knows where he is. He's on Skulker's island! Guess he's ruling out the crazy dream option then. Skulker must have kidnapped him while he was sleeping so the ghost could hunt him. He doesn't want to know what will happen if the ghost finds him, considering how many times Skulker has threatened to literally skin him. Danny shivers in disgust, all he has to do is avoid Skulker and find a way out of here.

"Hey Danny, breakfast is ready!" Jazz yells out to her little brother as she walks up the stairs to his room. She knocks on his door and upon getting no response she opens it up but stops in the doorway when she realizes there's no one there. "Danny?" She asks the empty room.

"Jazz honey, we're leaving for the Ghost convention, say bye to Danny for us!" Her mother yells to her daughter upstairs. Jazz runs down and says a quick goodbye to her parents. Once they leave she rushes over to her phone and calls Danny's friends.

"Hello?" Sam calls into the phone and Jazz immediately asks if she knows where Danny is. "No. Tucker's with me, Danny was supposed to meet up with us a few minutes ago." Sam responds, worry creeping into her voice. "Well, he's not in his room and I have no idea where he is." Jazz tells her. She listens as background voices are picked up over the reciever; Sam and Tucker talking. "We'll be right over to help you find Danny." Sam says and the call ends with a click.

When Sam and Tucker arrive at Jazz's house they all leave and look around the town for the halfa. before returning to the house. "So, do you think a ghost took him?" Tucker asks. "I suppose. But, that would mean he's in the Ghost Zone and that place is huge." Sam answers. "It would take us days to search the place, we don't have time for that."

Jazz and Tucker nod before an idea makes it's way into Jazz's head. "What if we think about what ghosts could have taken Danny? We could look around the Ghost Zone and find all of Danny's enemies. If one of them is missing then we know they have Danny." Jazz suggests.

They all agree on the idea and jump into the Specter Speeder, entering the Ghost Zone and starting to list off possible ghosts who could have taken Danny.

That's a branch. That's a leaf. That's a rock. Danny groans, banging his head against a tree. And that's a tree. He's been trying to find something that could get the Specter Deflector off of him for probably hours now, but to no avail.

He had found a couple rocks earlier that he was hoping could break the anti-ghost belt but none of them were strong enough. He sighs but tenses up as he hears the sound of crinkling leaves that signify footsteps and he whips around, trying to find the source.

He gasps in pain as a force rams into his back and he falls down to the leafy forest floor. He leans up onto his elbows and turns around, seeing a smirking Skulker. The ghost is towering over him and Danny knows the ghost thinks he's won. Danny observes his surroundings for a second, before he grabs a rock from near by and throws it at the armored ghost's face, hearing him cry out in pain.

Using the distraction to run away, Danny jumps up and runs back off into the forest. He glances back every once in awhile and when he doesn't see Skulker anywhere he stops to catch his breath. This is going to be a long day, he thinks.
