Got a secret, Can you keep it?

"Tucker."

Swear this one you'll save

The techno geek hums, glancing over at Sam. "Yeah?" He asks, before looking back down at his phone. Sam takes a deep breath. "I um.. I think I'm afraid of Danny." She states. Violet eyes look over to turquoise in apprehension. Tucker stops walking, looking at Sam in surprise. "You're what?" He exclaims. She sighs. "Danny's been different recently. Haven't you noticed?" She asks, taking a seat on a park bench. The other hesitates before he sits down next to her. "Well I mean, I guess..." He admits.

Better lock it, in your pocket, Taking this one to the grave

"His ghost fights have become more dangerous, not for him, but for the other ghosts. He's so... violent." She continues. Tucker shrugs. "Maybe it's just a ghost thing?" Sam shakes her head. "Maybe... you don't think... you don't think he's turning evil do you?" She bites her lip, thinking back to all her interactions with Danny recently. His ghost fights have been getting more intense. Danny jokes less and fights more, he always nearly kills the other ghost before sending them back to the ghost zone. It's like he has fun toying with them.

If I show you then I know you won't tell what I said,

"I... I don't know." Tucker tells her. Sam sits up straighter, looking around as if expecting Danny to appear out of thin air. Which, he actually can. "I think I should tell his parents." Tucker shoots up from his sitting position and startling Sam. "What? Sam, we promised Danny that he would be the one to tell them when he was ready!" Tucker growls. Sam frowns and stands up as well. "I know Tucker, but we both know Danny isn't going to tell them anytime soon, and if he is going bad, then we should tell them before it's too late!" She argues. Tucker's the one to shake his head this time. "No. There is no we. You can tell them, but I'm not going to be held responsible." With that he turns around and walks off.

'Cause two can keep a secret, If one of them is dead.

"Sam."

Now you're telling lies, 'Cause you're the one to keep it

Sam tenses up and slowly turns around. Danny is standing behind her in his ghost form, his face pinched but otherwise blank. "What were you just talking about?" He asks. She hesitates. "Um, nothing. Just something Tucker and I had been discussing earlier." She lies. Danny locks eyes with her, his electric green eyes almost having a red tint to it. "And what would that be?" He continues, his voice dropping an octave. She shivers, smiling nervously and clasping her hands in front of her.

But no one keeps a secret, No one keeps a secret

"Well, it's um... it's something I've been meaning to talk to you about, actually..." She admits, looking down at the grass and back to his face. She tries to maintain eye contact but his stare unnerves her. He tilts his head up and gives her a 'go-on' look.

Why, when we do our darkest deeds, Do we tell?

"Well, you've just been acting... different recently." She watches him carefully, tracing over every corner of his face for a reaction. He doesn't give her one. "I mean," She starts, feeling her stomach churn in fear. C'mon, she can't be afraid of Danny. He's been her best friend since forever. Besides, she's always had a little crush on him too...

They burn in our brains, Become a living hell

Sam steels herself and let's her hands go. She can do this. She's only going to threaten her best super-powered-Ghost friend about telling his secret. Easy. "You're more violent now, Danny. I don't know if you've noticed... but I have. I'm worried about you."

'Cause everyone tells, Everyone tells.

Danny's eyes shift, the look in them changing but Sam can't identify it. "Violent?" He asks, echoing her words. She nods. "Danny... you're dangerous, to ghosts and humans. Your fights are getting too big, people have been getting injured." A spark of anger rushes through her and she takes a step towards him.

Look into my eyes, now you're getting sleepy

"You're being too reckless! You're a hero! Amity trusts you and you're throwing that trust away by hurting them!" She shouts.

Are you hypnotized, By secrets that you're keeping?

"And your parents, if your trying to keep your secret, then acting like the villain isn't the best way to go!" She begins, pushing away the guilt of mentioning a sore spot for Danny. "You don't want them to hunt you do you?"

I know what you're keeping, I know what you're keeping

"Since I know you're not going to, then I'm going to have to tell them! You can't keep acting like this!" Sam shouts, pointing her finger at the half ghost's chest. His green eyes flash dangerously and Sam gulps, taking a hesitant step back. "I'm afraid I can't let you do that, Sam." He growls, taking a step towards her. "W-what do you mean?" She asks, taking a deep breath to try and quell her fear. She isn't afraid of Danny, she isn't afraid of Danny.

You swore you'd never tell...You swore you'd never tell...

He smiles, the action wide and insane. "Oh, I think you know."

Yes, two can keep a secret If one of us is...

Dead.
