The sun was setting and the warmth of the day was quickly disappearing with it.
Zachary and Rebecca were walking hand in hand, making their way back to the house the boys shared, only a few streets away from the park they were currently walking by. Paparazzi had been following them all day as they tried to have a quiet, romantic day by themselves.
Irritated, Zach ran a hand down his face and pulled Rebecca closer to him, walking faster so they could get some distance from the photographers and reach home as soon as possible.
"Come on Becca, move faster, I'm getting really tired of them." He sighed, pulling her along as he accelerated his pace.
"Relax Zach, they just want some pictures of us..." she said, rolling her eyes, but rubbing calming circles on his hand.
"Yeah, well, I think they have more than enough pictures, they've been after us since before lunch Becca. I just want some peace and quiet and a beer. And if people stopped screaming my name, that would be a real life saver as well." He grumbled. "Can we please just hurry?"
"Fine, let's go." Rebecca agreed, quickening her pace as well. She knew it wouldn't take long, they were already by the end of the street and she could practically see the house in the distance, with the lights on, where the other boys were probably binge watching some show and drinking beer. "Don't worry, I'm sure they saved you some beer and a slice of pizza." She joked, playfully hitting Zach's shoulder with her own.
Zach laughed and reached for the door, quickly opening it and stepping inside, pulling Rebecca with him and immediately closing it from prying eyes.
Upon walking a little bit further in the house, both of them were faced with a scenery they had not expected. The boys were on the floor, playing loudly and acting as if they were giving a concert. On the table stood Maddeline, singing and moving without missing a beat.
The two of them stood, in shock, staring at the scene unfolding in front of them.
"Oh my good God, this is spectacular." Rebecca mumbled as she stared at the four people still completely oblivious to the presence of an audience to their performance.
Rebecca was amazed, looking at the four of them, with her mouth hanging open, eyes bulging out of their sockets. She couldn't keep her eyes off of them, the way they perfectly harmonized, moving together and never missing a beat. Even Maddeline, standing on the table, moved with such grace as she danced and sung her heart out, that Rebecca could not help but be flabbergasted.
Next to her, Zach was just as astonished, but for completely different reasons. Maddeline was on top of the table, singing some godforsaken Panic! At the disco song, wearing nothing but a loose shirt and black panties with pink hearts. She moved on the table as she sung, rocking her hips and letting the hand not holding a beer bottle as a microphone roam her body. Oh, she was driving him mad, moving like that and singing that song, he knew that deep down, it was directed at him.
As soon as they finished, Rebecca started cheering loudly, clapping and yelling for them.
"Oh my God, that was so amazing!" she screeched, jumping in ecstasy, while Zach stood in shock, still recovering from what he had seen.
"Zach?" a confused Michael called. "I thought you weren't coming home until after dinner."
"Yeah, supposedly, but we wanted to get away from the paparazzi." He shrugged.
Nate helped Maddeline get off the table, taking the bottle after that and placing it next to the other empty ones.
"You guys sounded amazing! You should record something together." Rebecca suggested.
