I stumbled into my dorm at the time of 3:45. There was no one there.

Tutoring, was the first thing that came to mind. Jenna was normally meant to be here at this time but since I know she has no classes at this time and is unemployed, I know that she's tutoring. I wish I was her. She, the lucky duckling, gets to tutor one of the nicest guys ever put on the face of this earth. Travis McLean is his name. No, me and Jenna are not crushing on him in any way. We just like him as a friend. And he's a really cool one, another one of those people who got into this school using their smarts and not their money. The odd thing about this is that Travis is filthy rich. I mean really rich. His parents refused to enrol him in this school. Kind of. Apparently, he has been wanting to go here for ages and his parents said that he could go to this school but only if he used his smarts. They refused to use their money just to get him in. So, he did. He used his smarts, he's in, he also gets to use his allowance that his parents still send him every month.

Lucky people.

I know, I'm just as well off as he is but that's because all scholarship-type students (me, Jenna and Wes naturally) are provided with really good dorms.

Ah well.

Anyway, back to my current situation.

I was pissed off as hell. I left for lessons in a reasonably happy mood which deepened as the day wore on. First of all, my oh so unfair Social Studies teacher gave me a D on my homework which is totally unjust and she knows it, then in Biology my experiment completely failed all because of my lab partner not showing up (I have to remember to kick his ass the nest time I see him), later in lunch someone tripped and splashed their soda all over me so now I'm feeling major sticky and my hair has tangles due to soda sticking everywhere. Finally, I have a tutoring session with none other than Mr. I'm-so-good looking, I-am-way-popular, egoistical ass, Dante Nichols.

I groaned loudly, dumping my bag on the sofa then proceeded to shower. No, I'm not showering just because I'm going to be tutored by Dante. The apparent 'love'god of this school.

Ew.

Dante's…nothing.

Braden's the 'love' god.

(Insert sigh in here)

No, that's not why I want to shower.

I want to be clean goddamnit and not sticky. (der)

I quickly slipped into my most comfortable black sweatpants, with white stripes down the sides, and threw a random shirt over it with the words, 'I took a pain pill. Why are you still here?' written on it.

Very appropriate.

Then, I grabbed my bag and practically flew out the door. I had to hurry if I didn't want to be late…whoa. Halt. Stop.

Wait just a darn second.

Why should I care about being late?

This is Dante Nichols for crying out loud. Jerk. Why would I want to be early, hell, even on time for that…dickwad?

So, I slow down my pace, casually sauntering down the hallways and stopping even to look at the view out of the windows.

Okay, I won't lie. Our campus is amazing. It's full of lush greenery, safety and is just…an awesome place to be in. It's big but there are lots of trees, vegetation and greenery. I can see the school's parking lot sometimes but it doesn't spoil anything. Somehow, it makes it look even better. Maybe because the parking lot is usually filled with millions of brightly colored cars all expensive and from the finest.

Der.

I glanced around me, seeing a clock ad saw that the time was already 4:36. I smiled to myself, okay, 6 minutes late, not much but a good start I guess. I shrugged to myself then started off down the corridor and into the boys' dorm area.
