I pushed open the door to the dorm to see Braden staring blankly at the TV which was off. I rolled my eyes. He's been in a pretty sunken kind of mood, a little sad and moody not to mention pissed off at times too.

Poor boy.

Norah doesn't even know she makes him feel this way. Every time he sees her in the hallway or anywhere else, his eyes light up. And just earlier today when we were all in the cafeteria, she had bumped into him. Lord, you should've seen his smile.

I swear, I never saw one as huge.

I plopped down next to Braden.

"Yo."

He grunted a reply.

"I got something."

Grunt.

"It's about Norah."

He shot up and looked at me with wide eyes. I burst out laughing. What a loser, I feel sorry for him. He's got it bad for Norah and that is a nightmare.

"Tell me." he begged.

"She's a romantic. You know, completely committed, believes in soul mates, loves the candlelit dinners, walks on the beach by moonlight and all that unrealistic crap." I said shortly.

"Wow." he breathed, flopping against the cushions.

"Yeah."

"When do you think I should ask her out?"

I shrugged, not really caring.

It's his business whatever he does.

"No, really. Please help me, Dante. You said you would." he pointed out. I sighed, running one hand through my ebony locks, stretching before slumping over and yawning rather tiredly.

"Like I said, anytime. Next time you see her in the hallway, next time there's a party, next time there's a dance…whatever." I told him rather casually.

He blinked at me.

Once, twice.

His face brightened.

"I know, I'll ask her out to the next dance we're having! I'm not so sure what it is or when but it's in one of the few following months…three months from here, I guess."

He frowned, contemplating.

Silence descended over the two of us.

"Braden?"

"Hm?"

"I have a feeling about Norah. I don't think she's actually ever had a real and proper boyfriend before." I said softly.

Upon hearing this, Braden's eyes grew to the size of saucers it seemed.

"You mean, she's like a proper, real, ultimate virgin?"

"Yeah. I mean, she doesn't seem like she had a past boyfriend. It doesn't seem like she had her first kiss yet. She's definitely a virgin when it comes to sex." I murmured.

"Wow."

"You got that right, mate."

"If the value of a is 4, the value of b is 8, then what's the value of c?" Norah explained to me, her eyes practically pleading me to get this one correct.

I shook my head.

"No idea." I said proudly. She sighed. Then, closed the books.

"Okay, fine. Fail your tests, whatever, I don't care, that's your problem. We're done for today." she told me, annoyance seen clearly in her hazel eyes.
