I paced across the living room trying to get the decoration company on the phone. Everything's been going completely wrong since yesterday. The decorations that were supposed to be sent to Ava's job never made it.

Chase walked through the front door,"What's with all the pacing?"

"The decorations for Elliot's party never made it and I'm fucking loosing it," I couldn't believe this was happening right now. Everything was supposed to be perfect and now it's all messed up.

"Dude, calm down and I'm inviting some people over later," I didn't have time for Chase crazy antics.

"Whatever man, I have go and buy decorations," I grabbed my car keys.

Chase stopped me,"You can't drive like that?"

I looked at him confused,"What are you talking about."

"Dude look at you," he gestured to my body language "Just sit down and relax for a moment."

"What?" He guided me to the couch,"I have to go what are you doing."

"I'm helping you," I sat on the couch "You can't get anything done if your freaking out, Now take this."

He held out two small orange pills in his hand,"Here."

I stared at him,"What is it?"

"It's something to make you relax and get things together for your girlfriend," he smiled.

I looked at him then at the pills in his hand,"I don't know."

"Dude, it's just a few pills to make you feel good that's all trust me," he grabbed my hand putting the pills in the palm of my hand.

"Are you sure, I don't know about his I think I'll be fine," I stood up.

He put his hand on my shoulder pushing me back down the couch,"I take these pills all the time when I'm stressed about my exams."

"What are they?" I asked staring at the pills in my hand.

"They have the effects of taking two Tylenols, just take it," he went to the kitchen to get me a glass of water. My palms were starting to sweat I looked at the time. Elliot should be calling any minute.

I swallowed the pills gulping down the glass of water,"Okay, how long until it takes effect."

He shrugged,"Shouldn't be too long you might wanna sit down."

"What do you mean sit down?" My vision got blurry all of a sudden. I stumbled sitting back down on the couch.

"Holy shit my head is spinning," I held my forehead.

There was a knock at the door Chase disappeared to answer it. I heard giggles and shushing,"Where's your roommate?" A females voice said.

"He's completely out of it, did you bring your friend?" Chase said to the female. I tried to move but my limbs wouldn't work. I sat there staring at the celling my eyes going in and out of focus. I laughed all of sudden the black dots in my eyes becoming the funniest thing in the world.

The female straddled my waist I inhaled she smelled of vanilla,"Elliot you smell amazing." She giggled kissing my neck,"Yeah, baby I'm Elliot" her tongue flicked against my earlobe. I stared at my car keys in my hand. For the life of me I couldn't remember what I was doing earlier.
