"What do you want me to do?" I tied my hair back into a ponytail. Ava handed me a clip board,"Make sure the girls are dressed properly. She currently had me helping her run a local fashion show downtown.

I approached the group of girls trying my best to make a good impression,"Hey" My palms were slightly sweaty. I wiped them on my jeans. Everyone looked like they knew what they were doing expect me.

"Hi, I'm Rian", the first thing I noticed were her beautiful crystal blue eyes that contrasted with her dark brown skin. I'd never seen anyone of her complexion with those colored eyes. "Wow your gorgeous," She laughed shaking my hand,"Thank you it feels good getting a compliment from another equally gorgeous girl" her African accent was thick when she spoke.

All the other girls turned their nose up at me and continued what they were doing. So far I felt like Rian was the only cool one in the bunch. I started on my job after being introduce to the other girls.

Ava found me in all the chaos as I finished up helping Rian. "How's it going?" Ava asked wiping the sweat from her brow. I turned around it was then I realized the resemblance between Rian and Ava. I paused,"Wait, you two have to be related."

Rian laughed,"She didn't tell you."

"She's my cousin", Ava said rolling her eyes dismissing Rian. They soon started bickering and I excused myself from the conversation. I sent Parker another text hoping he'll read it this time. I looked back to find Ava waving her hands in Rian's face. I grabbed Ava dragging her away,"Damn what's the beef between you two."

She glared at Rian who was currently getting her hair done by the stylist,"She's a sneaky bitch that's what" I only met the girl a hour ago, but learned years ago to never judge a book by its cover. "Just calm down" she took a deep breathe.

"Im here to help that's all not to play mediator," I told her.

Ava smiled taking the clipboard out of my hands,"Whatever." She scanned the clipboard looking at all the things I wrote down,"Damn, your actually better at this then I am." I smiled,"Well I am pretty good at everything I do."

She snorted shaking her head,"No seriously, you should get into the fashion business." I shook my head I had way too much on my plate already. "I have school and work I can't," she started pouting.

I didn't want to get into the fashion business it just wasn't for me,"Okay, you don't have to get into the business aspects of it. You're so fucking beautiful get into modeling." She said it like she wasn't just as fine as I was.

"I'll think about it," I told her.

The show started and we both took the our seats in the front row. For a local show the place was packed to the brim. I watched the beautiful models walk down the runway.

After the show we were approached by a famous designer. He said he was admired our work and wanted us to meet him Monday at his office. Of course Ava was so excited and I couldn't careless.

"This is it," she squealed pulling me into a tight hug.
