"The serpents?" I said laughing. "I don't find this this funny Gerardo. I am already severing two communities and if I decline. Everyone behind this wall will die." He said in a upset tone.
"I would love to help." I told him. "You come here and we can trade someday."
"Yeah, that would work."
"Alright, you may leave tomorrow, or whenever you want."
"Thank you." I told him.
I went to my room, the bag was already in there. I went to sleep.
Woke up in the morning. Before I went I met Richard "The King wanted to give you this before you leave." he said showing me a truck. "Thank you."
I left and on the road I was.
I was very worried to where to go. The sun was hitting my face, I put down the mirror to block the sun from me. When I pit it down, a paper fell, it was map. I stopped and looked at it. I looked at the street of where I was. I was at Blackwood. And the place I remember was Downhill. I looked at the map finding Downhill where all the places are. The street was called Orchard. It was pretty far, my guess it would have took, two days. I had no choice so I went. I was running out of food, and it was barely one and a half two days. I had to stay strong, and don't get hungry. I finally arrived. I went in front of the gate.
"Who are you?!" a man asked. He was holding a rifle. "Put your gun down." I told him. "Why would I?" he said pointing it at me. "If you kill me, April won't be happy, I was gone for a long time." I told him. "Gerardo?" he asked putting the rifle down. "Open the gates please." I asked. The gates open. I went inside. "Oh my god." April saw me and went running to me. "I was so worried about you." she said sobbing. "Its okay, I'm here." I told her. "Nice to have you back." Dhamar came to me patting my back. "Mom?" a little boy said. I looked at him. "Is this?" I asked her. "Yeah." she said smiling. "Look how big your are, it's been a while since I haven't seen you." I told him, but he looked scared. "Mom, who is this?" he said. "You don't know him?" she asked. He nodded. "Joseph, it's me your dad." I told him. "Did you tell him?" I asked her. "I wanted you to tell him. "You'll get to know me." I told him. "Okay." he responded. "Gerardo?" Esmeralda came running to me. "I'm glad to see you to." I told  her. Then April went to me and kissed me in the mouth. While I was kissing her Melanie saw us, she looked sad, then left. Then I let go of April. April sailed at me. "I'll tell you everything what happened, but first we all need to meet, later, today. "I understand." I told her. "I'm gonna go for a walk." I said leaving. While I walked I saw people farming, cooking, eating, teaching, and kids playing. I went to the main building and I was trying to remember where my room was, then I remembered room 64. I went running. The door was locked. I went to the front desk trying to look for the key. I couldnt find it.
I went to April. "Do you know where the keys are to our room?" I asked her. "Room 64? Yeah I have it." she gave it to me. "Thank you." I said and left. I went to tie front door. I opened it, I was happy to see wolf there resting. He woke up and with excitement he jumped on me licking my face. "It's nice to see you to wolf." I told him. "Come on, we're going for a walk." I told him. We left and we walked around. I was so happy. "Welcome back." men and women said to me while I was walking. "Can I get some." I asked in a stand when a women was cooking meat. "Sure." she responded. She gave me two pieces. "One for your fellow." she said. "Thank you." I smiled. I gave wolf a piece. He ate it. "I knew you'll be back." Salvador came up to me. "Hey brother." I told him. "That's a new name." he said. "I guess it is." I told him. "I'll go back to work."
I continued walking. It was about time that we had to do the meeting. April gathered everyone.
"As you all know, I'm back from a journey that didn't go well. Everyone who went with me, please come up." everyone came. "These people, they are brave and strong solders. Which they don't let anyone down, no matter what. Now, while I was at my journey I met a new community, that got me here. The kingdom. Is the community, they are really good people. Their leader, King Ezekiel. He's ten one who gave me supplies and a truck so I can get here. I thank them. So in return, I told him, someday, I'll go to the kingdom so we can do some trading there. We can trade anything we ONLY, listen, only need. Now we can get things we want but only if we have enough of everything. We are making something here. But two other communities are stopping us. One called the saviors. And the other called." I stopped, I couldn't tell them, because if I did I might sound scared and they are going to think I'm weak "Let's just say they are called the Serpents. The kingdom is serving those communities. But well have to try to avoid them both. Help me, try to  make this place better than it is now. We need to start doing everything wrong can to survive, even if it takes" I paused again, taking a deep breath "even if it takes to kill people. If you don't want to die, you need to start fighting, and start trying. That is all for today, have a good night." I said leaving. Everyone started clapping. Once everyone left, my old group came. "Are we really going to trade with the Kingdom?" Maria asked. "Yeah." I said. "Why?" Joshua asked. "Because he helped me, and I want to keep all of you safe, you all mean a lot to me, we aren't just friends we aren't strangers. We are a family, and we tell ourselves that we are the Howlers."
