Murder

"We make a funeral." I said looking at the ground."
I got and went looking for Carlos. I saw him getting out of the hotel. "I need a fuckin explanation!"I said. "Gerardo please I swear it wasn't me." he said with his hands covering his face. "Then explain. How the fuck is Maria's blood found there?" I said pointing at his hands. "I was walking and then her body fell on my hands and her head." he said sobbing. "Please don't kill me."
"I'm not going to kill you." I said leaving.
I was so shocked. Someone died behind these walls, and someone here is a murderer. I have a feeling that the person I saw at the woods has to do with it. I wanted to find him. But not right now. It was getting dark and everyone was gathering for the funeral.
"Maria, she was a good person. She helped us survive, she helped us made this place. She didn't die peacefully. She was my friend, but to me, she was a sister. There were sometime that she did wrong things but she, herself have it up. Today was death, and whoever killed her, did the wrong thing." I said getting down from the stage. Dhamar got up to say something "Like Gerardo said, she was her sister, and she was also my sister. Now she is safe, she doesn't have to worry anymore." Dhamar said going down. "A moment if silence please." I said looking at the ground. It was dead silence. "Thank you, and good night everyone." I said going to my room.
"Whoever did it took it to far. I'll make sure that fucker is dead." I said. "Who do you think did it?" April asked. "I think I now but I'm not sure. We'll talk more I the morning. Good night."I said going in the bed.
It was morning. I got up and change. Went outside. Then I see Salvador holding Dhamars machete. Everyone was surrounding him watching. "Sal give me the machete." Dhamar said slowly. He looked drunk. I was shocked that he was drinking. I went up to him. "Salvador, look at me. You need to stop this." I told him. "What for? Someone killed Maria. And I want to know who. I want to kill that bastard." he said swinging the machete. "Okay then if you don't want anyone else to die. Put the weapon down." I said with my hand reaching to calm him. I was going to get his hands, but I needed him to look away. He finally looked away and I went behind him. Grabbed his arm. "Let go of me!" he yelled. "You need to stop." I said but he made things worse. He hit my face with his head. I let go of him. He grabbed the machete. "I going to kill you Gerardo!" he said going straight to me. I grabbed my bow. "Salvador get back, and put the fucking weapon down." I said with the arrow ready to shoot him. I didnt hesitate, if I had to shoot him, I had no other choice. "FUCK YOU!" he said still coming towards me. He finally swings the machete. He missed. "SALVADOR THAT'S ENOUGH!" I yelled at him still holding my arrow. He stood there. "GUYS ENOUGH Already!" Luis said coming in the middle of us. "Luis leave now before you get hurt."I said looking at Salvador. "I'll go when both of you stop."
I saw his hand reaching for his gun. He looked at me. Then Salvador attacked Luis, he pushed him which then Luis fell in me. I let go of the arrow, and I didn't know where it went. Luis got up and then I got up. I noticed the arrow went to Salvador's shoulder. He was bleeding. "YOU FUCKING BASTARD!" he's and yelling coming towards me. He kept swinging the machete. "EVERYONE GO BACK TO YOU ROOMS." I said yelling. Everyone left. He didn't stop swinging. I dogged all of his swings. Then the corner of my eye I saw the person with the gas mask. I didn't pay attention to Salvador. Then the machete went straight towards my rib. I felt pain that was really bad. I fell on the floor. I saw Salvador with the machete. "Your no good leader."
Then he dragged the machete of going straight to my chest. Once I felt the point of the machete, someone shot Salvador in the shoulder where the arrow was. Then he fell. I saw Joshua with the gun pointing at him. "Get up." he said picking me up. I felt more pain. The doctor came running to us. "Doctor Wilford." I said looking at him. I looked at Salvador he was still on the ground, he was losing so much blood. "Save him." I said weak pointing at Salvador. "No time." Wilford said. "No save save him!" I said. "Okay." Wilford said going towards him. "Gerardo!" I saw Melanie and April coming towards me. Then everything went black.

"So you were seriously injured?" she asked. "Yeah, very bad." I responded. "Do you have a scare from the machete?" she asked again. "Yeah. Do you want to see it?" I asked her. "Please."
I got my sweater took it off, lift up my shirt and the scare was bad, it was purple and red. "Wow. It looks horrible." she said. "Can you please proceed." she said waving her hand. "Alright."

I woke up and saw April sitting on a chair. "HE'S WALKING UP!" April yelled and came to me. "thank god you'll right Gerardo." she said. I got her hair and put it behind her ear, and I smiled at her. I looked around. I saw some people in beds and next to me was Salvador. "How long was I sleeping?" I asked April. Before she could answer Dr.Wilford came inside. "Is he fine?" he asked. "Yeah he's okay." April responded.
"You were long like two weeks. Thank god."
"Holy shit. It's everything okay? What happened to these people?" I asked. "Okay, everyone is okay. And we were looking for some supplies and we met up with this group called the serpents and..." I stopped her. "You were with the serpents!?" I yelled. "Yeah. They are nice people." she said. "Please April whatever you do please don't talk to those guys. It a long fuckin story, but those people are straight up dangerous." I said to her. "What do mean?" she asked. I was quiet, I didn't want to tell her but I had to. I didn't know what to do. Do I tell her the truth or do I lie?
I did the right thing, so I told her the story.
"Wow, so all this time you were afraid of him?" she asked. "Yes, I was afraid he will come waiting outside these walls and kill all of us."
"Who. Who killed her." I heard Salvador talking. He was still sleeping and he was talking. The first thing he did was get up. Looked at me. He looked around and looked at me. "Oh my god Gerardo what happened to you?" he moved his arm and he felt pain. "What happened to my arm?" he asked. "You really don't remember?" I asked. "No I don't." he said. "You fucking stabbed him you son of a bitch." April said getting and yelled in front of his face. "Salvador lay down." Wilford said. Salvador did what he said. "You were drunk, we got into a fight because someone killed Maria, and you had Dhamara's machete. And you stabbed me." I told him. "Shit, I'm sorry." he said. "It's okay." I said. I looked at April "You remember where everyone was surrounding Maria?" I asked her. "Yeah there were six of them." she said. "Good, cause I need you to gather them. Meet me in first of the gate. Outside the gate."
