Chapter 19

Alejandra
  Being a hero is one hard experience. I don't know what tempted me to try it.
 
I feel like am walking in circles. Damned kidnapping basturd.

I turned when I heard a thud behind me.

Isla had fallen face first on the muddy ground. I would have laughed if I wasn't already irritated at her stupidity. I mean,what fool wears heels on a rescue mission.

“Get up Isla, m” I said in a surprisingly calm manner.

“But am exhausted. ” she whined.

  Why did I bring her along you ask.

  Well its been a few weeks since I had been discharged from the hospital. And i've been living with my father and brothers. Don't ask why,that's a whole different story reserved for later.

Okay so I got a message from Clara’s kidnapper. And something in his words made me suspect he was the man that took advantage of me. He also mentioned Isla and I had a chat with her.

Turns out she was also taken advantage of. And if my suspicion is correct he might be a serial rapist. And I agreed to meet with him before he does the exact same thing to Clara.

I was going to give her another lecture but something caught my eye. I was a cabin.

We’ve found what we’ve been looking for. I thought with a smile on my face.

Trevor Johns. Who would have thought? He looked so carefree when we had met. Turns out he is the serpent.

As he took his time untying Clara from the ropes. I looked around the cabin.

  It was pretty much plain apart from the furniture, a container of gasoline, a match-box, a fireplace and a bookshelf. 

“Are you done? I have places to be give her to me.”

“I never said you were leaving with her.” he smirked.

  “What do you want? ”

“You. You have always been mine. I was coming to get you when I found out you had gotten married. I had to plan carefully. But when I became aware of your pregnancy I had to do something. ”

“What do you mean?”

If he tried to hurt my baby he will die.

“I had to get rid of that child before I got you back. Fernando fell right into my trap. I can’t believe he-”

He tried to kill my baby he is going to pay.

“Okay. Clara can leave with Isla. ”

“What but you cannot stay here Alejandra. ”

  “I know what am doing. You go now.” I hugged her.

“Bye.”

“Stay safe. ” Isla said before walking out the door with Clara.

I quickly pulled the firearm out of my purse,before turning to him.

  “We are finally together baby. ” Trevor had started walking towards me but he froze when he saw the gun.

  “You wouldn't hurt me now would you?” he chuckled nervously.

My reply was shooting him in the leg. He fell to his knees in pain.

There he was the man who raped me and tried to murder my baby.

“No I won’t hurt you. I’ll kill you.” I said before shooting him three more times.

Satisfied at the lifeless look in his eyes I collected the gasoline and poured it around the cabin. Matchbox in hand I walked a safe distance away from the cabin……

  You can guess what happened next.

Revenge is sweet.
