Final Chapter
Rachel's pov:
I was home cleaning up in the kitchen when Dr. Yang walked in.
"Cristina." I said surprised to see her .
"I want you to come back to the hospital." She told me .
"What?" I said .
"Rachel, you have gift , you were born to be a surgeon, you have it in your blood and you need to be able to cut ." She told me .
"Dr. Yang." I said .
"Just come back ." She begged me .
I put the dish rag down and said ,
"I can't , I can't go back Cristina . Not now it's just , it's too much and I'm going to have a baby soon , by myself . I need to focus on that ." I said .
"So what do you plan to do?" She asked me .
"Travel , maybe write some songs , go see a broadway show. It doesn't matter I just need to start over ." I said .
"Finn would want you to be happy." She said .
"And I will be which is why I'm leaving . I need a break , I need a fresh start . Wherever that is." I said .
"Well I hope you find it and you are always welcome back to the hospital anytime ." She told .
"Thank you and goodbye." I said and she left .
(Later)
I packed up my suitcase and took one last photo of Finn and I.
"Time to start over my love." I said and left .
