I traced the untraceable parts of my mind
Parts not even geographers discovered
I reached within
Clutching the evidence I found
I thought, and thought
That's all I did
I imagined and fantasised
About reality
And believed in fiction
I believed angels were born on tragedies
And devils were born on miracles
For if devils and angles were born on the same day
Destruction!
Angels would take the blame
While the devils would run around freely
While mortals live in injustice
Yelling was all that was heard from planet earth
While behind a thousand suns
Lies a god
Teaching us honesty and virtuousness
While we learned corruption
Never thanking for what we have,
Nor for what we get
We thank for what we never got
Mental pain is what immortals felt
While mortals felt physical pain
An angel's heart is as thin as paper
While a devil's heart is as thick as a rock
And a human's heart cuts like knives
For that is why we are all scarred,
For we do not think about fantasy
We think about truth.
