2 days later
"Every fucking day you wanna argue over stupid shit!" He raised his voice
"It's not stupid! You tell me your gonna be home in time to get the kids from school and you end up coming back at like 9 leaving the kids at school until their principle calls me!" I yelled
What father leaves their 6-7 year old kids at school for 3 hours without calling them.
"I told you I had something to take care of, drop it" he said
"I understand your mad at me for things that happened a few days ago but don't take it out on the kids they didn't do anything" I said
Good thing the kids weren't here at the moment to hear us.
"All yo ass been doing since you've been back is complaining about everything, sometimes I wish you didn't make it" he said
Tears slipped from my eyes
"Well you won't have to worry about my ass complaining anymore" I said going upstairs
I packed a few bags and then went back downstairs only to hear Xavier's mouth.
"Baby you know I ain't mean that" he said
"You did Xavier otherwise you would've never said it." I said
"When you coming back?" He asked
"Idk yet" I said walking out and getting in the car pulling off
-At Hotel-
"Mom, what happen?" Kaiden asked me
Kaiden and Kingston are at the hotel with me.
Malani stayed with Xavier, all of the kids had a chance to choose where they wanted to go.
"Kaiden, please stop worrying baby" I told him
Since I picked him up from school he wouldn't stop asking me.
I didn't want to tell the kids what happen because it wasn't that serious for them to know.
"What do you want for dinner?" I asked him
"Pizza" he said
"Ok, go put on your shoes and we can go" I told him
I put on Kingstons shoes and slid into my slides.
I grabbed my phone, wallet, and keys before leaving.
My phone rung and I picked it up
"Hello" I answered
"Mom, what are eating for dinner?" Malani asked over the phone
"Going to get Pizza... you wanna come?" I asked her
"No, I want to eat at the house like a family. So get it Togo" she said
"Either you come or you stay home" I told her
I wasn't going argue with a 5 year old about food.
