"I do, it's just we having some problems and we need a break" I said

It was harder to explain this shit to Malani because she would break down if I said the wrong thing.

"Go get ready" I said ignoring her question

After they was ready I took them to Chris' house with me.

"So you getting divorce papers?" He asked me

"Ion know" I said

"If you asked for the ring back...then why ain't you getting the court involved? What you holding on to?" He asked

"That ain't true" I said

"Then what? You ask for the ring back after saying y'all shouldn't waste each other time then just expect her to wait until your ready to get back? Cause that's not how it works Xavier" She said

I sighed

"I know... but if I end it now ain't no telling if we ever gonna get back together" I said

"We'll make ya decision now cause I can tell you now. She not gonna wait on you forever" Deja said leaving to the back

"Liyah, please! We have kids" she cried

"Guess y'all kids not gonna have either parents around" I said taking out my gun

Just as I took the safety off, someone grabbed me, and took the gun out my hands.

Turning around I seen it was Xavier.

"Get the fuck off me" I said trying to get out his grip

He was the last person I wanted to see.

"What you doing here?" Chris asked me

"None of your business" I said

"She looking for Tray" Aysia told Xavier

"Didn't I tell you to stop trying?" Xavier asked me

"Didn't I tell you, nothing is going to change my mind?" I asked smartly

He let me go and I stepped away from him

"Why you still on this shit K? Let it go... you got 3 kids to worry about, killing him just gonna get yo ass in trouble" Chris said

"My kids good... so don't worry about them. Imma let y'all know now. Chris stay out this before you become the enemy, Aysia she already next so I'm not worried about her. Xavier you really better remember what you got, cause as soon as you step into this it's over" I said

I wasn't playing games with any of them.

I walked out but not before taking my in back from Chris.

I went back to Chris' and grabbed the kids before heading home.

"Mommy what's wrong?" Malani asked as I sat on my bed crying

"Nothing baby" I told her

I didn't want to tell my 5 year old daughter my problems, only because she wouldn't understand them.

"Then why are you crying?" She asked

As soon as I got home it's like everything just hit me at once.

"I'm just sad that my babies are growing up" I said making up a little lie

"I'll always be your baby" she said kissing my cheek

I smiled

"I know, Your brother sleep?" I asked her

"Yeah, and Kaiden is playing his game and I was drawing... but can I sleep in here tonight?" She asked me

I nodded my head

I heard the doorbell and got up

"Watch tv I'll be back" I told her before going downstairs.

I opened the door and it was Dijon.

"What are you doing here?" I asked him

"Was you crying? What's wrong?" He asked

I wiped the tears away

"Nothing... why are you here?" I asked again

"I handled it" he said

I didn't get the hint at first but it popped in my head.

I stepped out and closed the door

"Why the fuck would you do that?" I asked

"I caught him alone, and you said if we see him to handle it" he said

"No, I said if you see him call me" I told him

"Well it's done... he in the trunk of his car down the street from his house" he said

I palmed my forehead

"You need to leave" I said

"You don't sound too happy... He basically tried to kill you, and I did you a favor and killed him and you don't appreciate it" Dijon said

"It wasn't your job to handle" I said

"Well the shit is done... there's no blood on your hands so why you tripping?" He asked

"Just leave" I said going back inside and locking the door

I went back upstairs
