I officially leave Lima today.

My parents were supposed to come last night, but the traffic was too tightly packed and they just decided to book a hotel and rest since they had just gotten off a plane. My belongings were all packed up and they're being shipped to New Jersey as of right now. Everything is happening so quick, too quick for me, and I can't do anything about it. Finn is making sure they have all my stuff from the house before he comes and picks me up in a little bit to drive me to the school to say goodbye before I leave. They're not letting anyone besides Carol and Finn come with me to the airport and it hurts.

I didn't sleep much last night, so I got up and paced the conference room they stuck me in to try and stay awake, at least until I get on the plane and sleep. I tried begging anyone who came into my temporary room to try and help me talk to somebody to change what was happening, but they simply ignored the request and did whatever they needed to do. A knock came to the door, and I stopped dead in my tracks and stared at it. But it was just a camera crew and photographers for news stations and papers. I sighed and continued pacing the room as they set up there stuff to film this interaction. I was really uncomfortable and it was awkward so I just tried to face the other way more so I didn't have to look at them. Clicks of a camera would go off every once in a while and I'd roll my eyes, but not where they'd notice.

One final knock came on the door, and Donnie along with another officer stepped in. "You ready?" He asked, and I nodded lying. I wasn't ready, nor I wouldn't be ever. He opened the door widely and shutters went off everywhere while my body became covered in goose bumps and in stepped my real parents. For some reason, my heart began to fill with love and happiness and I felt tears come to my eyes as I walked over and Avellino and Belle wrapped me in the biggest embrace while cameras shuttered thousands of times. She lifted my face to look at hers and her smile began even more stronger as tears streamed faster down her face. "Hi Luna." She felt proud saying it and laughed a bit. "Hi mom." I blinked my tears away. "You're so beautiful fille." I smiled knowing the word meant daughter. "Hi dad." I hugged him tightly. "We have some catching up to do." Mom laughed wiping her tears from under her eyes. "Eighteen years to be exact." I chuckled, the room laughing a bit with us.

"We'd love to meet your boyfriend before he takes you to say your goodbyes and such." Dad grinned. "I'm just so excited that we have our daughter back. We have been searching for so long." Mom frowned. "That disgusting women ruined the last eighteen years of our lives," Dad cursed under his breathe, making me sad knowing I have nothing left to connect to Julie or who I so thought was my Mom with. "We have plenty of time to catch up on our plane ride back home. Do you want anything specific in the fridge for the butler to serve? I want you as comfortable as possible." Mom asked. I almost choked as my eyes widened. "I beg your pardon?" I asked. "We have a plane darling! You can have whatever you please." She smiled and Dad laughed.

We all waited for the news people and reporters to leave the room before we continued to talk. "What do you guys exactly do?" I asked rubbing my hands together. "Well I run the Trenton Thunder baseball team." Dad showed me a picture he had in his wallet of the whole team, "And I create jewelry." Mom smiled. Once I finally picked my jaw up from the ground, I sighed. "Are you okay darling?" Mom asked. "Yeah, I've just, never been around wealth before. The person I lived with struggled to make money for a while." I rubbed my arm. "Oh chéri." Dad saddened. "Don't worry, money won't be a problem for you any more. You can live with us all your life, we don't care." Mom pulled me into another hug and my heart crumbled. A knock came from the door and in walked Finn and my heart inflated again. I ran over and he hugged me tightly before pecking my lips. "Ahh this must be Finn." Dad said his name weird and I tried not to snort laughing. "Yes sir. You guys are her real parents." I could tell he felt awkward because he did that thing where his hands would slide in and out of his pockets repeatedly. He shook their hands and started to have a small conversation about us before Donnie came in and told me and Finn to head out to we won't be late for the flight.

We waited for the car to come and get us and Finn just stood their holding me close to him. We had to be drove because they didn't want Finn getting any ideas of taking off with me somewhere else. "Five months." Finn closed his eyes and rested his head on mine. "It'll go by quick." I lied to try to mask the truth we didn't want to hear. "But Camila, they've got everything you never had. I saw in your eyes how happy you got when they said they'd get you a new car and clothes and spoil you. What if you stay?" His eyes welled up with tears, a very rare sight, and it made mine water too. "No, I'm coming back. I need you and you know it. Nothing will make me more happier than you. Not money, or a new car, or some new clothes." I wiped his tears with my thumb before getting in the car. I didn't bother putting on my seatbelt, I just sat in Finn's hold the whole ride keeping my tears silent, wiping them off his arm slowly if they every dropped off my face.
