~~Tony's POV~~

"Damn, Bri is hot." She gapes over the lead singer.

"He's taken." I inform and she rolls her eyes with a sigh.

"They always are. Is it Eric? Please god, tell me it's Eric." She has a hopeful look in her green eyes.

"Actually," I lean close to her and whisper, "yeah but shhh. It's a secret." I wink before backing away. She nods in understanding with a small smile.

"I fucking knew it. I ship it so hard." She sighs. "I ship everything, though. It's a problem."

"I ship Mitch and Austin." I share.

"Right? You get me, Tony."

"Ha. It is really good to meet you. You're cool. The guys are all excited to meet you too." I tell her, noticing the way her eyes widened a bit more.

"They're excited? I'm fuckin' excited. This is unreal. Hence the reason I poked your face. I'll probably do the same to the others. Don't warn them. It's more fun that way." She gushes.

"You got it." I nod with a wide, toothy smile. She blushes a little and turns away to try and hide it.

Too late. I saw it.

"You tweeted at me once. A few months back." She says casually. I think back for a moment. I don't tweet at fans often so it's pretty easy to recall.

"Oh! You're the one who asked about me singing?!" I clarify.

"Yep. Ats me. Part of my soul died when you responded." She says before quickly adding. "In a good way. I'm from Alaska so cool things don't happen to me often. Thanks."

"Well... Um. You're welcome for killing part of your soul." We both laugh then hum to the song a bit. They're playing 'My Heart I Surrender' so it's one you can just hum to.

"You do know you're going to have to sing for me later, right? Like... It's happening." She informs, giving me a serious look.

"It's bad though. You really don't-" I try to back out but she cut me off.

"I will fight you, Perry. Don't test me." She warns and I throw my hands up in surrender.

"Okay, okay. Later." I give in. She really is scary and maybe a little crazy.

"Good." She smiles smugly, obviously proud of her accomplishment.

"You have some cool tattoos by the way." I compliment.

"Oh? Thanks. So do you. Even though I have far less." She laughs.

"Want to tell me about yours?" I ask. I don't wanna pry. Tattoos can be a very personal thing.

"Oh, um... Sure." She holds out her arms.

"This one," She points to the one on her right bicep, right above the pit of her elbow, "is just 'STRAY' in a scratchy font with the 'T' as an upside down cross because I love the symbolism. Like from the song 'The Strays'by Sleeping with Sirens. Just being someone who doesn't really fit with society."

"This one," She points to a picture of a knife and a pen crossing over each other on her right forearm that has a quote I recognize underneath, "is a combination of the meaning of 'Knives and Pens' and obviously, you know the quote 'Can we create something beautiful and destroy it?'. Basically, just about getting over the bad in my life and trying to create instead of destroy." She shrugs and I nod, motioning for her to continue.

"This one," She points to her left forearm before bending her elbow and placing her hand on her head. I then understand this one completely, as it is a picture of a gun now pointing to her head with some lyrics, "is from Andy Black's song with the lyrics 'Put the gun down'. Pretty self-explanatory." I nod.

"This one," She turns and points to her right shoulder blade where there is a beautiful picture of a sparrow made of music notes/symbols and a quote, "says 'Death is not your destiny today, little sparrow' and it's actually from my favorite video game. And a sparrow is a song bird and it is just very fitting to my personality."

"My last one is on my foot and its and anchor that says 'Sink or Swim', quoting the Falling in Reverse song." She smiles as she finishes. I love how all her tattoos have meaning. I smile and pull her in for a hug.

"Thank you for sharing with me. I love them and I love that they mean something to you. They're beautiful." I mumble into her hair. We pull away and she smiles at me.

"Correction, you're beautiful." She says, pointing at me and, before I can respond, we hear a familiar voice call.

"Hey Sydney, is this guy harassing you?" Jace appears, hugging Sydney's shoulders. Sydney then starts to fake cry, gripping her tightly.

"Yes. Oh, thank god you're here. Please, help me. This man won't leave." She cries before bursting into hysteria, JayCee mimicking her actions.

"You two need therapy." I state, pointing between the pair.

"All the best people are crazy, Tone." Sydney sticks her tongue out, closes one eye and stares at her nose with the other.

Yep. She's certifiable.

"Touché. Hey Jace, where's Adam?" I question, looking around from the direction she came.

"Oh, he couldn't come. They sent him off to training early so he will be gone for like, 2 months." She responds sadly and Sydney hugs her side.

"Wow, that sucks. I'm sorry." I apologize. What a bummer. Damn military.

"Eh, it's okay. I still talk to him on the phone. Work will keep me busy. Speaking of which, my boss just told me that I could join you guys for the rest of Warped if I wanted since there's really no reason for me to stay here and be bored." She smiles and Sydney's jaw drops.

"That's awesome! We are gonna have so much fun." I clap.

"Damn. I'm so jealous. You fucking suck." She sighs, pushing Jace away lightly.

"You love me." Jace laughs and rolls her eyes playfully.

"Not the point." Sydney pouts.

I shake my head. Infants. Just like Jaime and Mike.

Sydney pulls out her phone and checks the time.

"Shittttttt. We have to go. See you later, Tone-Bone." She rushes.

"Okay. See you, Tony. Tell the guys for me, yeah?" Jace asks.

"Sure thing. See you guys later." I wave.

"Remember, don't tell them about the face or arm thing." Sydney winks at me before dragging Jace away. As they're walking away, I can hear the conversation before it fades.

"Oh my god. You didn't poke his face, did you?" JayCee asks, sounding embarrassed.

"Of fucking course I did. I told you I would." She defends.

"And the arm thing?"

"Yeah, I touched his arm too." She states smugly.

"You're so weird." Jace laughs.

"Normal people are boring." She smiles and the two are gone.

I smile to myself. She's gonna be a good friend. I can tell.
