Chapter 34 - Sit in Silence

~~Sydney's POV~~

Hey there, chodies. So this is a weird fourth wall break, huh? It's like. Story me, talking to you, but I'm also the author. Weird.

So, since its story me, I don't know what is said when I'm not around nor do I know what goes on in their heads.

Yeah, it's some weird shit.

I kind of wanted to take this opportunity to tell you about what just fucking happened. Because, holy shit, I just had the best day ever.

Jace, Shan and Liz are asleep right now. We stayed at their apartment because JayCee's has fleas. I don't want fleas.

So, I'm lying here, just reflecting on today's events.

For starters, I didn't think we would meet Tony so early. Like what? He just came up to us. I tried to not die. However, I'm weird, so I poked his face. He's cool though and he didn't mind.

He's so easy to talk to. I really like him. He's sweet and cute.

That's not to say I don't like all of them.

We got to meet literally everyone. And all the sets we saw were amazing.

We only really got to hang with a few, but I'm not complaining. After Jace and I left Tone, we met the girls side stage for Bring Me The Horizon, meeting Oli and Josh right after. Then, we went to see half of Motionless In White and Issues because they were playing at the same time. We briefly met Tyler Carter and Chris Motionless. Chris is quiet which is a little surprising.

From there, we saw Twenty One Pilots side stage and met Jishy and Tyguy. They're fun and hilarious, good guys. We caught half of Suicide Silence and Escape the Fate. We didn't meet Mitch until later but we met Craig and Thrasher. Watching the Lucker stomp is something I'll never forget. After that, we watched Pierce the Veil from side stage, but we had to rush away before they came off stage. Not that big of deal though because we knew we would meet them later.

The next 3 sets were back to back. So much so, that we missed the last song of the first two, meaning we didn't get to meet the band members for those (until later). The first was Falling in Reverse and as much I wanted to stay and gawk at the beautiful man, we had to rush over to catch the Of Mice & Men show. As much as Shan wanted to stay and gawk over those beautiful men, we had to rush off to A Day to Remember. We talked to Jeremy for a bit, he's a really chill dude.

The last 3 went like this. Black Veil Brides we watched from the crowd and met those guys later when we, well I, got to meet I Prevail. Shan and Liz aren't really into them so it didn't matter as much to them, which is fine. After them, we went to watch Sleeping With Sirens side stage but had to again leave early to catch All Time Low, who we also watched side stage. It wasn't that big of deal though, because since we were gonna meet up with PTV later, we knew the SWS guys would be there. We did get to meet the ATL guys right after their set. Jack and Rian are hilarious, Alex was such a nice guy and Zach was... Well, I don't really know. He was weird.

That's when we were done watching all the sets and meeting most of the people we wanted to. It was a hectic day but in the best possible way. I loved every minute of it. That's when Shan and Liz ran off and Jace and I went to go collect the Sexicans.

That's how Shan and Liz came to be outside of the Of Mice & Men bus. Hot damn, were they excited. I mean, I was excited too but more so for Austin and Mitch. Shan was excited to meet Austin and Alan. She ships Cashby pretty hard, so she is pretty salty about Mitch. Liz was excited most excited to meet Oli, which we did earlier. We were all equally excited to meet the Pierce the Veil boys.
