Moanas heart

Chapter 1

Moanas P.O.V

"There is a spider infestation in several of the huts aswell as molded rotting wood we are going to have to repair 3 of the huts but 2 of them will have to be taken down completely"

We were in the middle of a meeting discussing things that needed to be done around the village. It was a long day and I just wanted to go sit down by the ocean and relax. So much has happened in these past 3 years we found another island which we named tahounu.

I havent seen maui since we restored the heart of tefiti although sometimes I swear I see him in his other animal forms but I know its just my imagination.

Later that night down at the beach I sat on a rocky ledge and put my feet in the warm water. "Ugh why doesnt he ever visit?" asking myself out loud. I heard the patter of a small animal behind me when I looked I saw nothing. I sighed and went back to my hut and had a terrible night.

Maui was looking at me I tried not to move as I felt something crawl up my leg it hurt with every step it made.
"Moana please dont move." Maui said.
"M-Maui help me please" I said.
I peered down and it was a spider that was atleast a foot tall and it was crawling up my leg. With everystep it took I felt like I was being stabbed by thick needles.

My leg twiched by accident then it bit me and everything faded as I heard Maui screaming my name.

Mauis P.O.V

I sat there watching her sleep in my lizard form she tossed and turned in her sleep I just wanted to lay with her and tell her it was going to be okay but I couldnt bring myself to do it.

"Maui" she said.
I panicked thinking she woke but she turned away from me and curled up in a ball.

"Please Maui help me."
I turned into my normal demigod body and l ran my fingers through her hair and she seemed to relax.

"I love you moana." I wispered to her sleeping form and left.
