I was still laying there, using Jeremy's leg as my pillow. I have had more comfortable pillows, but right now I needed to feel close to someone. I did feel close to Jeremy. He was keeping me from freaking out.

"Maybe I'm only trying to kill you because I think you're a vampire. If we can prove you're not, everything should be fine. Right?" Jeremy asked and I opened up my eyes "Nice thinking, but wrong. Because when I'm not a vampire, what am I?" I asked him, refusing to get up. "I think we need a witch" He said and I sighed, but then remembered something Landry had said earlier. "I know someone that knows one" I said and sat up, then turned towards him. "Who?" He asked. "You might not like it..." I said, but he still insisted on knowing. "Landry Danson knows one" I told him and like expected he wasn't thrilled. "It's the only lead we have" I said and he groaned. "It kills me to tell everyone I'm a vampire when I'm really not. You know what you are and so does Stefan, Damon, Elena and whoever else you want to ask. Everyone except me knows who and what they are!" I kept going, hoping to convince him somehow. "Fine! I'll help you" He said and I was so excited I wrapped my arms around him "Thank you so much Jer" I said and to top it all of I kissed him on the cheek, without knowing what I actually have just done.

I backed away without saying a word and just used my speed to get away. I was embarrassed.

That kiss on the cheek was weird and surprising, but I liked it. I didn't know why. Even if I do have feelings for Mandy, it will never work. I'm a hunter. One of the Five. I can't date a vampire like creature. It wouldn't be right. As much as it hurts me.

I ended up in town somehow and decided to walk around a little, checking out how much Mystic Falls has changed ever since I lived here last. Suddenly someone covered my mouth and pulled me into an ally. I wanted to scream, but they muffled against the hand. Another arm was placed around my neck, holding me in position. I tried to kick myself free, when the person spoke up "You're still a fighter"

I stopped immediately and the grib was loosen. I turned around to see an old friend of mine. "Beky" I said and hugged her. "Hey Mandy" She said and hugged me back. "Must you scare me like that?" I asked her and playfully pushed her. "Says the one that made me think I was seeing ghosts, again" She said and I laughed. "It's never boring with Rebekah Mikaelson" I said and hugged her again.

When I said that I wasn't good at making friends, I mean I'm not good at making human friends. Vampires, totally easy! But humans, too scared and too insecure for that.

"What are you doing here Beky?" I asked her. "I live here, since a while now. My dear brother has taken of to New Orleans, but I'm done being his little puppy, following him everywhere!" She said and I had to say, I was proud of her. "Good so Beky" I said as we started walking through the town square. "So, how have you been sucessful finding your father?" Rebekah asked and I nod with a smile "I actually was. I'm living with him now. I knew that he will return to Mystic Falls at one point" I told her. "Do I know him?" She asked. "Well, he surely does know you" I said and she looked a litlte confused. "Stefan Salvatore" I told her.

"No way! I would have never expected that" She said. "Him to have a daughter or me being said daughter?" I asked and she just shrugged. Suddenly my phone rang. I got it out and looked at the display, but I just darken it. "Don't you wanna answer it? Little Gilbert wants something from you" She said and I rolled my eyes "It's complicated Beky. I'll tell you about it another time" I said and got up. "Where are you going?" She asked, getting up as well. "I'm getting something to eat. I'm starving" I said and walked towards the Mystic Grill. "Are you coming?" I asked, turning around. "Maybe not yet" She said. "Your complicated" I said and she sighed. "I'll see you Mandy Salvatore" She said and left.

I chuckled, before entering the Grill. "Are you going to ruin my hangout as well?!" Serena asked, already ready for a fight. I decided to just ignore her. I walked directly to the counter. "What's up quarterback" I said and sat down at the bar. "Why would you call me that?" He asked surprised. "I did a little research. You played football in high school, together with my dad" I told him. "I did" He confirmed it. "Was he a good player?" I asked him. "You could say that. Tyler was always so pissed at him" He said and I laughed. I haven't met Tyler, due him being god knows where, but I heard stories about him.

"I am not really sure football is the right sport for a werewolf" I said "Couldn't agree more" Matt said and put his hands on the counter, leaning forward "So what do you want?" He asked. "One of your special sandwichs please. Heard a lot about them" I said. "Coming right up" He said and went to make one. "You're friends with a busboy?! Can it get any worse?!" Serena laughed as she stood next to me. "At least I am not making the mistake to make enemies with the wrong people" I said and turned back to Matt, who just came back. "Here you go. A Donovan Special" He said and made a spin, before putting the plate down in front of me.

"Thanks Matt" I said and started eating. "Who was that girl you were just talking to?" Matt asked. "That witch, I mean bitch, would be Serena diMarlon. Wannabe mean girl and maybe my only hope on finding out what I really am" I sighed.
