Neither August or Samir knew how they got to this point. One minute they were yelling to the top of their lungs the next both of them were being slammed on the office floor by the NYC PD.
Staring into his fiancé's face , August felt his heart break into a million pieces.
This is all my fault.
Is the only thing running through his mind right now.
She was going to lose everything , everything she had worked so hard to build. Now she's going no to resist him for it.
Samir stared back at her August with tears in her eyes. Tears of regret , not regretting him or their life together , but regret of not listening to him days before.
Being pulled down the hallway with their hands cuffed behind theirs back. The couples eyes never left each other even though they knew they were the center of attention.
Oblivious to the fact that Trish was being brought out in the same condition as them.
Their whole world was falling apart right before their eyes. Nothing felt real. This couldn't be happening.
What would happen to the kids ? Where would they go ? Who would take care of them if their parents are gone ?
They always say you knock on the Devil's door long enough eventually somebody is going to answer. But the real question is , whose the one that's going to walk through it ?
Whose going to sacrifice themselves for everyone else ?
No one can really can't answer that question. You have to be put into a position where you and your loyalty is being put to the test.
And right now this is the biggest test this family has ever had to take.
Whose going to pass , Whose going to fail ?

You should've known a pretty thing like that wasn't meant to be a ride or die. She going to take your money and your kids and disappear. Probably fuck one of your homies while you rotting away in a prison."
The pressure was setting in one the family. As each one of their minds ran a mile a minute.
Not knowing what was going on with the other drove them crazy.
That's when the doubt started to set in.
Doubting this family and how strong it really was. If everyone was as loyal as they said or was it just a front.
Not knowing is what drives people insane. That's "What if" question that's always lingering in the back of your mind.
The definition of insanity is doing something over and over again and expecting a different outcome.
Falling in love when you always end up hurt , Being loyal when someone is always disloyal to you. Being kind when this generation of people are only looking out for themselves.
The answer is, because you are not the only one who feels this way. Everyone has doubts everyone feels alone at times but when you find that person or people that once felt how you feel they will make sure you never feel that way again because they know exactly what that feels like.
Having doubts is normal but acting on those doubts can make or break someone.
Be careful with you choices you make because it doesn't only affect your life but the others around you too.
