Part 21: Recalling The Past: Part 2

"Hon, I want you to remember me. Not like this, but for what I have done with your help." Evelynn said and touched Jim's heart. "What's happening?" Jim said as he screamed in pain. "Remember..." Evelynn tightened her grip making Jim to faint due to the memories he recalled. Jim was awakened at the hospital and remembered the incident. 

"Jim, are you okay?" Lux asked as she rushed at his side. "Yeah.. Yeah I'm fine." Jim replied. "But I think I've remembered anything including you, Lux." Jim said. "That's great! Then you'll be able to help us right?" Lux asked him. "Not yet. I have to find my past. That's the only one that I haven't found yet." Jim answered.

"I see..." Lux shook her head. "Don't be sad, Lux." Jim cheered. "A Queen must never have a sad expression on her face." Jim said. "Those words..." Lux paused. "Thank you..." Lux smiled. "Don't mention it. Elsa did said that before on you." Jim replied. "If you need anything, I'll be at my throne room." Lux said and leaves.

After Lux left, Jim stayed at the hospital for days due to severe headaches. "NO! I'm not taking those medications. I want to remember anything!" Jim said and denied the medications that would help him to ease the pain. And after a few months, Jim isn't in his usual shape making Lux to visit him. "The doctors said that you're not doing well. So I came here to visit." Lux said.

"Thanks, Lux. But now, I'm really sorry for myself." Jim said. "You don't have to be... I also can see that you've remembered anything now." Lux said. "It's my fault Evelynn and the others died. If I only knew that it was Scarlet in disguise I..." Jim paused. "You need to be strong for them." Lux said. "Bayonetta told me everything. They have to sacrifice themselves for us. In case of me, I learned to master Dark. Their sacrifice will not be in vain." Lux said.

 "Their masks were still at Scarlet's lair with their souls in it. We need to retrieve them in order for us to defeat Scarlet once and for all." Lux she added. After hearing "Thank you, Lux. Allow me to rest a few days and let me fight with you." Jim said. "You will. But first, you need your strength back. So please get well." Lux said and left him a meal on the table.

"Lux..." Jim said. "I will help you and the others until my very last breath." Jim said and picks up his meal. That night, Jim had a dream. This time he dreamed about his past. On how he started his journey with Evelynn and finally, how he became the Legendary Dragon that unites both Demacia and Noxus.

Jim woke up early and trained himself. He left a note on Lux's table ttelling her that he'll be back, stronger than ever. "Good luck on your training, Jim. I hope you'll able to help us sooner." Lux said.
