for a second I was blinded by the truth.
Your ugly scars turned into thornless roses.
Your lies turned to be the truth.
Your eyes turned to be the ocean and I was drowning with every gaze you give me.
Your mouth became something I've been wanting to kiss;
but then suddenly I opened my eyes once again and all of the beautiful things disappeared.
You, disappeared.
And your scars returned with roses and thorns that made you wounded once again.
Your mouth became toxic with the lies you're telling me.
And your eyes,
they turned to be stormy nights and dark clouds that no one ever wanted to look at.
and you,
you turned to be something that isn't you.
You weren't the same person.
You vanished.
You disappeared.
