Hello Happiers! I have a matter that needs your help! I'm really feeling emotional lately for the past week or two. Before my dad went down to the basement to work, I told him about my upcoming appointment @ 1-3pm. And he got mad that I was just taking him then. That I didn't tell him yesterday or two days in advance.

Yeah I had previously told my mom about it within a week before. Anyway, by the end when we went downstairs, I was in tears and felt really emotional and super sensitive! Sometimes I just really hate being so sensitive! But I have to accept it and find ways to cope with the flaw.

What things can u think of that you know from my story I've been through in the past 2-3 years that would be good to mention to Angela who I'll be meeting with from the CMHA for my In-Take meeting which is of no cost to us?

To help me help her recommend the best services and things to help me with my mental health. Any advice, tips, suggestions, recommendations, thoughts, insights would be greatly appreciated!
