Skolris wrapped her arms around her head. Now MORE people know my human form! Why did she do that? "Wait, so you're Skolris?" Nymos asked. Skolris sighed, "yah.." Antariel rustled her chains,"now get us free." She ordered. Skolris looked up, "Fine." She said roughly.

What should I be? How about just a normal wolf? Just in case the guards see me. She shifted into a wolf that was slightly under sized and the chains slipped right off. Her wolf had dark black fur to help hide her against the dark. "I thought you said that she was Skolris? Looks like a normal werewolf to me." Nymos said. Some of the other kids agreed. Skolris gave a warning growl.

She moved towards the kid next to her and unlocked the chains with one of her claws. "Hey! What do you think you're doing, werewolf?" Yelled a guard. "I need back up down here!" He yelled before drawing out a sword from it's sheath. "Skolris! Watch out!" Antariel yelled.

Skolris faced the man and snarled, her fangs sharp and bright against the dark room.

"Come at me, puppy

"Come at me, puppy." The man said. The little boy she had unlocked hid behind his friends. Fire, I need the power of fire.

She gave herself the power of fire and started to slink forward. She stopped  purposely and sat. She held her front paw infront of her face and started to move her claws. Then, she lit them on fire, her paw covering in an orange flame. She examined the paw as is blazed brightly against the dark, lighting the room fully.

The guard now had a very uncertain face. "Please hurry! We have a crazy one!" He shouted at the roof. Skolris allowed herself to talk in his head. I don't think that you should do that, unless you want more bodies floating on the ocean's surface. The guard gripped his head and backed up. "H-how are you d-doing that?" He stammered. It's my magic. Skolris sneered in his head.

The guard seemed to recover from the shock of Skolris's powers when three more appeared. She began to panic for a second before she realized that she could probably beat all if them. Skolris quickly made her claws sharp and strong enough to cut metal and she darted from kid to kid, slicing the chains off while at the same time being chased.

Once everyone was loose, she quickly shifted into a human and shouted,"EVERYONE, GET ON!" they all stared at her as she shifted into a furry white dragon. All of the children , Antariel, and Nymos grabbed onto her fur as she burned through the wooden roof and exploded into the sky.

She roared her fury at the now sinking boat as she examined her surroundings. They were in the middle of the ocean. Land could barely be seen in the distance.

Teleport all of these children to their rightful homes. There was suddenly a huge weight lifted from her back as she was left with just Antariel and Nymos. I need to talk in their heads. She turned her huge dragon head towards the two. "Where did they go?" Antariel and Nymos asked in unison. I sent them back to their homes. Skolris thought to them

"How do you do that?" Nymos asked in wonder. Skolris flew higher in the sky. Just a power. She responded. I want to follow the ship and find out where the bombers' base is.. oh wait, I sunk it, never mind. "Skolris, for now, lets just find land somewhere, It's getting dark."Anteriel suggested. Skolris nodded.

"Hey, I can ride on my griffin." Nymos said. "You don't have to carry me." He held out his arm and a silver griffin appeared flying beside them. The griffin held out his wing and Nymos stood, and carefull to keep his balance, climbed from Skolris's dragon back onto his own bond's.

"So, what are we going to do now?" Antariel questioned, looking around at the never ending ocean. Skolris blew a puff of smoke from her nose.i don't know. I was going to follow that ship but it's long gone by now. I always mess things up! I guess ill look for land...

She flew alongside Nymos for what seemed like hours of tired limbs and no food. It felt as if she would drop out of the sky any moment now. Her vision was beginning to blur from lack of proper care. "Skolris, look! An island!" Antariel suddenly shouted while pointing straight ahead. A small foresty island sprouted out from the middle of the ocean. A large land mass could barely be seen for it was many miles away.

Skolris used her strength to speed up both Nymos and herself so they could reach the island. Her wings ached and threatened to stop moving and send her crashing into the ocean. The island appeared quickly as their speed was increased. Then, the foresty island was below them and Skolris cane to a crash landing with Antariel burried in her thick fur. She could hear Nymos land heavily beside her.

When she touched the ground, Skolris immediately crouched down for Antariel to hop off before flopping onto her side. She closed her eyes for a second, relishing the soft grass and shade from the trees. "Everyone alright?" She heard Nymos ask. Yah.

She opened her eyes and examined her surroundings. Large birches rose up around them and a small creek trickled nearby. "We should find shelter soon, who knows what is on this island." Nymos suggested. "I agree." Antariel responded. Yeh, probably. Skolris also responded tiredly.

Nymos took the lead as they wandered deeper into the forest. The birches turned into pines. Skolris could see the moon rising and the sun disappearing beyond the horizon.

They kept walking, stopping now and then to rest but Skolris's short dragon legs became tired. her moist fur didn't help one bit.  We need to find food. I don't think we can go on much longer on an empty stomache.

"You're right, but where can we find food? I didn't even know this island existed!" Antariel said flatly. Wait! Everyone stop. Skolris looked around quickly. Her skin felt like it was crawling. "What is it?" Nymos asked, a concerned look on his face. We're not alone. There is someone else out here.

Suddenly, the bushes exploded into life as a group if ten people formed a ring around them. They carried spears and wore no modern clothes. They didn't even wear a shirt, just pants. They could clearly see muscles along their bare arms. Who are these people?

Then, the rung split and another man stepped out. He had red painted symbols on his arms and face and an amulant  was slung across his neck. "You would not dare take another step closer, unless you would like to see this bond die." Bond?

A griffin let out a terrifying screech as it was suddenly wrapped in chains. Noo. They have Nymos's griffin!
