Chapter 10- A Romantic Time Part 2

Phoenix's POV
I reach over to Daddy and he picks me up. I smile at him and he smiles back. He walks into the living room and sits me next to Max then kisses our heads a d goes to get dressed.

He's going to his other surprise from Madzie, Max and Rafael with papa soon. I look at Max whose reading his book. "What's that book?" I ask and he looks at me. Max smiles "It's a mundane book. It's called Harry Potter. There's seven books and eight movies. I'm on the third book" He says showing me. I look at his books cover and smile at him. "Oh okay. It looks fun" I say and he pats my head.

"It is. Harry is actually a wizard. I'll read it to you from the beginning when I done reading this one okay?" He asks and I hug him "Yeah that would be awesome thanks Max. I'm going to tell Amee" I say and he laughs I struggle getting down from the sofa and he helps me down "Thanks Max" I say and he nods, I walk out to find Amee but she doesn't seem to be anywhere. I walk into her room last just to be sure and see she's there. She's playing with her dolls.

"Hey Amee. What are you playing?" I ask sitting next to her. She looks over at me. "I'm playing dolls. Today they are on a shopping spree" She tells me making the dolls move with a wave of her hand. I watch as one picks up a shoe box and tries on the shoes inside.

"That's cool but I just came from talking to Max. He said he's going to read to me the book he's reading soon. It actually as seven books and 8 movies, wanna join us?" I ask and she smiles "Sure. Sounds like fun" She says and moves the dolls into the air and let's them fall. 

"I don't see how mundane kids have fun with these things. They are kinda boring really" She says, I go to speak but someone behind us speaks. "Amee, Nix. We're leaving now" Daddy's voice says and we turn to look at him.

"Well? How do I look? You think papa will be impressed?" He asks "Add some glitter he'll be even more impressed" Amee says giggling, Daddy chuckles and squats down to be able to hug us. He hugs us tightly and then lets go, we follow him to the door where papas waiting. Madize hands them the basket she packed and hugs them goodbye.

They hug Max and Rafael and then walk outside. "Bye kids. Be good please, no fighting" Papa says, Madzie smiles, bitting her tounge she goes to close the door "Don't worry we got it all under control, have fun" She tells them and then shuts the door. Locking it behind her.

She smiles at us and then laughs. "Everything's going to plan. This is gonna be perfect. Quick lets get over to Grandmas room. She and the others are waiting for us now" Madzie says staring to leave but Rafael stops her from trying to go.

"We agreed. Shower and new cloths first. Your going last. Amee, Nix you two go in first. Then Max, Myself and then Madzie. That way you can't rush us" Hebsays and she groans "Fine. Hurry up" She mumbles and I run into the bathroom. I turn the showerheads knob with magic and get in.

10 minutes later when I'm ready Amee gets in and then Max. Rafael uses Papa and Daddy's bathroom and Madzie uses the one I used. They finish at the same time and Madzie rushes us to Grandmas room where Angel is waiting for us with the portal. Madzie holds my hand and Max holds Amee's hand. Rafael walks through first and then us.

Once on the other side we realize Madzie sent them to the beach. "Really sis? The beach you couldn't have chosen somewhere more open huh?" Rafael says sarcastically and she glares. "Their wedding was on the beach stupid. So shut up" She says and hides us behind some rocks. The rest of the group joins us and we set up their other surprises.

Madzie's POV

I conjure up a nice table and some candles. There's tiki candles and a radio for music. I set up a tent and Aunt Izzy decorates it. Grandma looks around looking for a good place for Angel to suspend the star decorations.
