MeadowWaking up I had a splitting headache. It was almost time to get out of the plane, and I was feeling a little motion sickness because we had to switch planes when we got into Connecticut.
"You're now arriving in the nations capitol Washington D.C. Enjoy your stay."
"I can't believe we're here! Hurry up I need to see-"
"Chill shawty you don't even know if they're alive." Shiloh spat angrily.
My face fell flat at his comment and I could feel the tears about to come until Dijon spoke up.
"Shut your angry ass up always want to contain somebody else's happiness cause you mad your father ain't shit".
"I don't see your father around junior, Aye Mr.Pierce! Where you at! Your son been looking for you for about ten years, still think he at the store." Shiloh said while laughing.
"Once Meadow come to her senses guess who'll be here motherfucker."
"Have you not been listening! I don't give a fuck!"
They argued back and forth while I slowly began to panic. I just wanted to know the truth and they wanted their ego stroked.
"Shut up!" I screamed causing them to look at me wide eyed.
"Y'all don't see what I see but I see two brothers fighting over something that's not theirs! So shut up so I can see if my aunt is as crazy as I think she is."
They seem to have listened to me until I heard Shiloh sneak something in before we got off the plane.
"You still a Bitch." Shiloh spat
"You still a bitch dummy." Dijon counter back.
I just ignored the two and got out of the plane. Going to baggage claim to pick up my suitcase with them right on my heels.
I heard a lot of cat calls while Shiloh stood on my left and Dijon stood on my right protectively eyeing all of the men causing them to look the other way.
After getting my bags I checked the address in maps.
"It says that they are thirty minutes away."
"I already got the cab lets get this over with." Shiloh said already walking away.
I looked at Dijon with a weak smile.
"Don't worry, I'm here" He said grabbing my suitcase walking towards the exit with me in tow.

"This is it, Have a good day." The cab driver said while Shiloh paid the fare.
Looking up at the house made me nervous causing me to shiver. It was a nice size town house with a red door.
"Go ahead so I can go home Meadow!" Shiloh snapped.
"Man can't you see she nervous chill out." Dijon argued.
"Be quiet." I said barely above a whisper but they stop talking anyway.
Believing I should just get it over with I stepped up and knocked softly on the front door.
"Coming!"
I waited patiently. When that door swung up I was deeply disappointed.
"Yes may I help you sweetie." A petite white women said. She was beautiful with her piercing blue eyes, nice white teeth, perfectly arched eyebrows, thick lips, and button nose.
"I'm sorry to bother you I was looking for .... someone." I said shoulder slumping with defeat. Tears in my eyes that threatens to fall. I couldn't hold them back anymore.
"Oh don't cry sweetie who are you looking for?"
"Denise and Noah white."
"Oh my! I love them they live right across the street in that house with the blue door." She said pointing with excitement.
"Thank you so much." I responded giving her a quick hug and racing across the street.
This is the moment of truth. Knocking on the door I waited with baited breath.
I was disappointed again to see a young girl about my age opening the door.
"Who are you?"
"That's not the way you're suppose to open the door."
"Girl what do you want?" She spat.
I tapped my feet lightly getting aggravated because this bitch don't know who she talking to.
"Is Amir Sanchez here or not." I snapped.
"How do you know my father?" She asked slowly backing away.
"Your father." I asked in disbelief.
"Daddy!" She screamed causing a dark figure to race down the steps.
"What's wrong baby girl." The figure asked coming into the doorway.
He look terrified when he seen me. Like he was seeing a ghost.
"Mea-Meadow." He choked.
"Daddy...you're alive."
