We were all frozen in fear.

"Don't just stand there!" Lucas yelled and ran into the hallway. "We need weapons! Follow me!" I was the only one that heard Lucas.

"Follow us!" I screamed back at the group. No one questioned, ecstatic about getting out of the hell hole. It seemed like we ran for a good amount of time. Lucas wound in and out of the halls like it was the back of his hand. He turned a corner sharply leading us straight to the door to the weapons room. He quickly started to hit metal on metal trying to get the padlock loose. Gally pushed up to the front of the group and swiped his card easily into the door. Lucas looked over at Gally with an astonished look on this face.

"How do you have access to the weapons room?" He asked

"I didn't know I did." He replied "I thought I might as well give it a try."

"Your a smart bugger." Lucas squinting his eyes.

"Well I wasn't born yesterday." Gally mumbled under his breath. Luckily no one heard but me. I giggled at the statement as Gally looked over at me to give a smug grin. Gladers pushed past to invade the weapons room. As I walked in the breath was knocked out of me. It was huge! Much larger than I had expected, and much larger than they needed.

"Get two knifes and guns!" I cried as I invaded the large room full of metal. I grabbed a large gun off the wall and slung it over my body. I also grabbed two knives and a pistol. I shoved the pistol in my belt along with one knife. I kept ahold of the other knife. I stopped to see the gladers doing similar things, shoving weapons wherever they would stay.

"We probably need to stay here for a while." Lucas stated.

"What!" Minho exclaimed "Is your shuck head messed up?" He said knocking his knuckles against his scull softly.

"These alarms have been going on for a good 40 minutes. If guards aren't here by now it easy to believe that they aren't coming."

"And what makes you think that? You think they just disappeared?!" Minho had wide eyes at the suggestion.

"He might have a point." Newt said approaching from a couple feet away. "Just think, we have been running through Wicked for 30 minutes and haven't seen a bloody soul. And even if they did decide to attack we obviously have the advantage." He motioned the the room full of ammunition and weapons. We also had the numbers. We had in total 16 people, not as many as we started with but we had added Lucas to our role. Minho finally agreed to sit and rest before we escaped. Almost fifteen minutes into sitting and resting, the sirens stopped abruptly.
