Georgia's pov:
"Have a great day Georgia!" Mum calls from the kitchen.
"It'll be fine!" I shout back and walk out of the door, feeling the cold wind hit me instantly.
I'll tell you a little bit about myself.
I'm 16 and recently moved away from my old school because I hated it so much.
I'm now starting at this new school but I have no idea who anyone is.
The idea is to not get pushed around anymore.
I walked to the bus stop and jammed my earphones in.
I started shivering in the cold. Some guy stands beside me and taps me on the shoulder.
I take one earphone out.
"You look cold. Do you want my jacket?" he asks.
I shake my head.
"No thank you." I say.
"First day?" he asks.
"Yeah. Just moved here." I reply.
"Guessing you're going to the same school as me? Green Park?" he asks.
I nod.
Then the bus pulls up.
I get on, pay for my ticket and take a seat, putting my bag on the floor.
I look out of the window, tapping my foot along to the beat of the music.
I can see the guy from earlier looking at me.
Okay then.
Weird...
Ryan's pov:
Hmm.
I quite like her.
She seemed to be interested but not interested at the same time.
It's about time we got someone like that at our school - all the girls at our school either won't date you or are paying you for sex and some boys might want that but not me.
I want a proper relationship.
It's been a while since I dated and I've got my sights set on this girl.
But I feel different around her.
Sort of... nervous.
I've never felt like that before.
She's very different.
The bus pulls to a halt outside the school and I grab my backpack and head off of the bus and into the school.
Georgia's pov:
I go to the reception.
"Hi I'm Georgia Mason. It's my first day." I say.
The woman gives me a blank look then passes me a sheet which says 'timetable'.
I thank her and she gives a grunt before turning away.
I have absolutely no idea where to go.
I leave the reception and start walking around before spotting a familiar blonde haired man.
The guy from the bus.
I run up to him.
"Hi..."
"Ryan."
"Ryan, right, okay. I am completely lost." I say.
He chuckles.
"Have you got your timetable?" he asks.
I hand it over to him.
"Well, Georgia Mason, looks like you have registration with me. Come on." He says and grabs my hand which makes my heart skip a little.
Me and him walk to registration and walk into the classroom.
Everyone looks at me.
I blush a little with embarrassment and follow Ryan to the back of the classroom.
We sit down at a table with 3 guys.
"This is Andy, Joel and Adam. Guys this is Georgia." Ryan says.
We all exchange greetings when Andy speaks up.
"Looks like you're stuck with us for the meantime. Unlucky!" he says.
I laugh.
"I don't have a problem with that. In fact, I prefer male company." I say.
"Good. Because you're gonna be getting a lot of it!" Adam says and I laugh.
"What lesson have you got first?" Ryan asks me.
I get my timetable.
"Maths."
"Oh, with me." Ryan says.
I smile.
Then the bell rings and I follow Ryan out of the classroom and to maths.

"Your friends seem nice." I say to him.
"They are, they're a right laugh." He says.
"Oh good. I like someone with a good sense of humour." I say.
"I know it's a little early but there's a party tonight at this girl called Lara's house, you can come along if you want to." Ryan says.
"I won't be a nuisance will I?" I ask.
"No way! It'll be good to have you there. Real good..." Ryan mutters.
"Huh?"
"Nothing!"
He wasn't being sarcastic, he was being sort of... flirty. Oh well. Maybe something might happen between us.
I take a good look at him.
Blonde hair, but it's been dyed. He's even got a nose piercing. His eyes are beautiful, they make you melt. Then I realise I'm staring. I tear my eyes away. Then I feel him looking at me. But I don't mind. Not at all.
