Chapter 48

I smile when I see Elena, Caroline, Matt, Stefan, and Bonnie all in their cap gowns.

"Wow...you actually made it to graduation." they all look at me their eyes wide. After a few seconds of them staring at me they all give me a huge hug almost making me fall over. After they pull away I spot dad. "I'll be right back..." I walk toward my dad.

"Hows being mayor doing for you?" my dad's eyes widen and he hugs me.

"How?"

"Magic." I pull away and I smile. It really is good to be home.

I see Caroline run over. "Its Damon." She hands me her phone.

"What's up?"

"Meet me at the quarry."

"On my way." I hang up and I give Caroline her phone and I leave. When I get there I see the man that killed me. Great. He was shooting Damon with wooden bullets and I could smell the wolf venom that they were laced in. He's about to shoot again but Alaric pushes him into the quarry. Stefan shows up while Alaric bends down to Damon.

"Should we give him the cure? Klaus won't get here in time." before Stefan can answer Damon and Stefan hold their heads groaning. I see some witches and I growl. The next thing I know is the lead witch's head is decapitated by a cap.

"I have unlimited caps to decapitate you with." Klaus says with that evil smirk that I had to admit it missed. They leave and Klaus gives Damon his blood. He walks toward me. "You're coming with me?"

"Why?" Lana appears.

"We have a witch that wants to bring you back." I can't help it and I smile. I walk away with them.

Later I'm at my grave with the witch. "So why do you want to help me anyways?" the witch smiles.

"A mother will do anything for her child." my eyes widen.

"Oh." she smiles and starts to chant in Latin. After she's done she falls to the ground dead. I look at her sadly and Lana walks over to me.

"You should get back." I smile and I nod. I head back.

I get back and I see everyone staring at me. "Don't worry I'm alive." they all smile and we have a big ass group hug again.

After summer Elena and Caroline went to college while I stayed in Mystic Falls with Damon and Jeremy. Jeremy was currently at school so it was just me and Damon in his living room. We heard someone walk in and I sit up to see a miserable looking Katherine. This causes me to grin.

"What's with the stupid grin?" I stand up.

"I just love to see you in hell." I smirk and I walk out. Later me, Jeremy, and Damon are at the bar and we see Stefan. "Hey guys."

"Hey Stefan where ya been?"

"Around." Jeremy accidentally touches his arm which causes a confused look to appear on his face. Stefan walks off. I look at Jeremy.

"What is it?"

"When Silas touched me...I got this feeling. I got the same feeling When I touched Stefan." my eyes widen.

"You're saying that's Silas." he nods and I exchange a look with Damon.
