I had no idea why but I decided that it would be a good idea to wear a beanie with my outfit which was a white denim shorts and a black flowy top. My feet were planted firmly on the dashboard and were covered with a pair of socks. The sun reflected off my sunglasses and the music was playing softly while we all relaxed in the car with a comfortable silence. Or as silent as it could be. Adrian, Leah and Derek were chatting away while I watched the scenery fly by. A strand of hair flew in my face and after multiple times of trying to keep it out of my face I caught it and stared at it in irritation. The first thing I noticed was that it was brown again. Huh, that's weird. Excitement filled me when the thought that all my hair has gone back to its normal colour. I pulled off my sunglasses and beanie and looked in the mirror. Long and brown wavy locks tumbled down and blew around me. Framing my face and making my still bright eyes stand out even more but I actually looked beautiful.

"Uh-oh, Adrian's got that lovey-dovey look on his face again." Derek moaned and I turned my head to look at Adrian. We stood at a red light so Adrian could fully look at me. I shook my head.

"Oh no, nuh-ah, don't you dare think about doing anything physical. Keep your focus on the road." I put my sunglasses back on and heard Derek snicker in the back.

"Oh, you just got burned!" he laughed out. "Damn, that's cold." Adrian flipped him off and that just sent Derek into a fit of laughter, jokes and disses. Leah and I just laughed along. Adrian was red for the next 30 minutes.

I took out my phone and texted Leah: Help! I'm so bored right now. I need a sugar rush. I heard her snicker and knew she got the message. My phone vibrated and I opened the text.

Leah: Ditto. I have a plan... wanna hear it? *evil laugh*

Me: *mischievous voice* why, my sister... I would love to.

Leah: okay... I brought the Red Sweets... ask for a tissue and I'll put one in there.

Me: cool.

I started to fake a sneezing frenzy and actually managed to make myself start crying. "Leah, do you have a tissue for me please?" I asked and she laughed.

"Now where's this stuff. I swear bags are like a mini portable ocean. You can never find what you need when you need it. But when you find it; it's always at the bottom of the bag. Ah, here it is. Here you go." I reached over and took the crumpled tissue while sneezing. Making my hair shield my face, I put the sweet in my mouth while I blew my nose (making yourself actually cry makes you need a tissue because your nose blocks) and sat back.

"Wow that was crazy." Adrian said still keeping is eyes on the road.

"Yeah," Derek said, "What happened?" I finished my sweet and smiled.

"Evil sugar does not sit well with me." I replied and they had confused looks on their faces until the sweet smell drifted through the car. "That's right boys," I said and laughed cruelly, "Fear the consequence of the sugar rush."

"Oh yeah, buddy!" Leah said and laughed. I knew that she also ate one of the sweets. I joined and started cheering as the rush set in. We stopped for a red light and a convertible filled with what looked like college guys pulled up next to us.

"Oh, Avie, look! There are some hot guys in the car next to us." Leah whispered in my ear and I giggled while looking at them. "Should we say 'hello'" I asked and she nodded.

"Yeah, let's." since the windows were already open we just leaned out and waved to the guys. They looked startled at first but then smiled at us. "Hi, guys... where you off to?" I asked and the driver answered.

"We're off to a camp and you?"

"Really?" Leah asked and they nodded. "We're on our way to a camp too! Which one are you guys going to?"
