A picture paints a thousand words. This has probably been said over a thousand times. But I can certainly attest to this being true, as each picture I own holds thousands of inaudible words that only we can understand.
Like, how we were lazily strolling around the perimeter of the auditorium in Pasadena. Then I just told you to stop walking. I sat down on the road, and found your concern so adorable, telling me that, "the ground's dirty," like I'm some three year old who randomly decided to do so. But you bring out the child in me, my dear. And I just couldn't resist the hipster in me, from passing up the opportunity of taking a minimalist but aesthetic photo.
I told you to just take the picture, and you...complied. Because that's what you always do. You always make sure to keep your promise of making me happy every chance that you got.
After you took the photo, you even made the sacrifice of sitting beside me on the road, and taking a selfie for yourself. Never mind that you're slightly OCD, you had to capture the moment for yourself.
How about this one, when I was alone in my dressing room, relaxing after a heavy rehearsal session. You knocked and came in the room, a paper bag in one hand. The smell instantly hit me, and you heard my stomach grumble. "I knew you would be hungry by now," you irked.
You placed the bag on the table, and started emptying out the contents. I stayed in my seat, persistently examining your actions. You carefully placed what I figured out was your food, to one side, and took out the prosciutto sandwich, bringing it over to me. You made sure that I was the first to have my fill, even though I knew that you were hungrier than I was.
As I took a bite of the sandwich you all of a sudden told me to hold my pose. I didn't know why, but I simply followed your instruction. You came back with a camera in hand and directed the lens at me. At first I swiped at you for trying to take a photo of me eating, and then I started laughing. "Masarap?" you asked, and I nodded eagerly, which explains this photo. "You're so cute," you tell me as you inspected what you captured, and I'm glad that you didn't see my giddy smile, 'cause you would've certainly teased me for it.

Runaway (MaiChard Oneshot Compilation)
Fiksi PenggemarSince I always search for and come up with a bunch of MaiChard prompts, I decided to just post them up here. Who knows, I might even end up making a full fic out of a few of them!
