I feel kind of horrible, I feel like I almost kind of embarrassed Asa because when I walked into class one day one of his friends, Logan caught up to me and he immediately thought we were back together.
"Um, no did he tell you he was going to try to get me back?" He gulps.
"Y-y-yes." he stammers. Then he asks for my phone and I give it to him. He gives it back.
"Text me." He hands me back my phone and smiles then he leaves.
Did he just make a move? I am stunned and walk to my seat slowly. Vera takes a seat next to me and is very bubbly since having coffee this morning with James. I tell her about Logan and she gasps. The teacher gives us a look.
"Well maybe you should look out for more guys. Open up maybe?" she whispers.
"I'll spread the word that your single." before I can protest the bell rings and she runs out with a crowd of guys and one of them glance back at me. I groan. Suddenly Logan runs out to catch up with me.
"Hey you know theres a concert downtown and you should come with me! You can invite Vera if you want." He says. I nod slowly. I need to go out with other guys.
"Okay sure! I'll ask Vera but if she can't would it be okay if it's just us?" He smiles and says sure. Then I see Asa out of the corner of my eye. I pretend not to see him and walk to my car for lunch. I turn back around and see both of them arguing. I feel horrible but it's not my fault because we both aren't together anymore. We can both see other people now.
"Yeah that's fine I'll pick you up around 7 okay?"
"Okay."
