CHAPTER 6: I WISH WE'RE LOVERS AGAIN

※MELIODAS' POV※

It's been a few months since Elizabeth came back. We haven't talk much. If we see each other, we just say hi to each other then, done! Everything is silent.

I sighed and I was thinking of hanging out with Elizabeth. Good thing I still have her number. I dialed her.

"Hello?" Elizabeth said with a cheery voice. Why is she so hyper?

♡ELIZABETH'S POV♡

I was very bored and I can't do anything. I decided to draw Meliodas and I. I'm good at drawing. I draw Meliodas and I sitting under our favorite tree, holding hands and we were smiling. Once I was done, I stared at it. It really looks like us. I can't imagine that I can draw it amazingly. So, I got bored again.

I want to see or talk to Meliodas. I wish he would call me.

Suddenly, my phone rang. Oh, gosh, it's Meliodas! What should I do?!

I was blushing madly and I tried to calm down.

"Hello?" I picked it up and greeted with a hyper voice. I face palmed.

"Uh, Elizabeth, are you doing something today?"

"No, Meliodas. Why, is something wrong?" I asked.

"No. I just wanna go out with you- Oh, I mean uh... hang out!" He said and I giggled. He still loves me.

"Sure, why not?" I said.

"Is it okay for Kanata?" He asked. My smile disappeared.

"I think it's okay," I don't want anyone that could interrupt us.

"Okay, let's meet up at the tree at 8:00 A.M.," he said.

"Ok, bye," I said and ended the call.

"Oh my gosh! I'm going out with Meliodas! But, only... as a friend!" I said to myself. Why am I fan-girl-ing?!

I know. It's because I still have feelings for Meliodas.

I looked at the time. It's already 7:36 A.M., and I went to the bathroom to take a little shower and wear the same clothes that I wore when Meliodas and I have our date. I wore a black shorts. Black high-socks and white t-shirt. I also brought a purse with me and put my phone, money, and my drawing in it.

Then, I immediately went to the Famous Park and I saw Meliodas staring at the tree. I decided to prank him.

I snuck around him and scared him.

"Boo!" I said and he just turned around with a bored face. I am so awkward.

"Elizabeth, your little pranks won't work on me," he smirked. I pouted.

"Let's just-" he was cut off when we heard an ice cream truck's bell.

"Ice cream," I whispered.

"Okay, let's buy one!" He grabbed my hand and we ran to the ice cream truck.

"2 vanilla please!" Meliodas said happily.

"Okay," the vendor said and gave us the two ice cream. Meliodas paid.

"Meliodas, I'll pay you back," I said and he looked at me.

"No, it's my treat," he smiled and I blushed.

"Oh, you're the cutest couple I saw," the vendor said and we looked at him.

"I'm sorry, sir. But, we're not lovers," Meliodas said and I stared at him with sad face.

"Oh, I'm sorry. I thought you were lovers. Shucks, you will be a great couple if you were couples," the vendor said.

"Yeah, anyway, let's eat this, Elizabeth. You don't want that ice cream to melt," he said.
