I love this video because she goes through the real struggles in a very accurate and descriptive way. I went through something like this and was about to reconsider until I saw this. So I'll put some tips and support advice. My #1 tip is that you need to be you and don't be afraid to show it. Don't be afraid to be you, unless it would be offensive to other people. I'll go over multiple issues. But some might be more directed towards girls, not as a stereotype, but because I am one and I've been through those issues. I use Wiki How and 100% trust it. A lot of these tips are from it. First of All I have to say, I don't wear or use make up. Some of these won't be physical issues. Since weight was a big thing in the video let's do that first.
Loosing Weight
- Stop eating when you feel full. The goal is not to eat everything.
- Only eat when sitting (Unless you have to.)
- Exercise when you can for 30 minutes to an hour
- Drink only water and milk (That's pretty much all I do drink, but if you have to have Soda or coffee make it diet.)
- You won't see the loss at first so don't stress it
- Wear decent sneakers and (you don't have to) socks
- Don't worry if your clothing size changes, Height has to do with it too
- Play active video games like Just Dance, Wii Sports, Zumba, ETC, If you don't have those look up on YouTube Yoga or dance tutorials, They have apps too! I highly recommend Simply Yoga and the Simply series
- Don't be embarrassed by dancing. This is the hardest for me and I just don't dance unless I'm alone or with my best friends. No one will see you sacrifice your dignity with your family at home.
- Don't overdo the limits. You can have something nice occasionally, but don't do daily.
- Avoid the scale! This is easy for me because I don't have one, but you won't loose pounds instantly
- If you start hurting stop! People say pain is good but don't even bother! Stop and sit down, have some water unless it is nothing that bad
- When you have a craving drink some water. This helps because it satisfies that wanting to consume something
- Avoid fast food or eating out if you can
- When you do eat out, go by my first tip if you can try to get something healthier
- Eat more fruits and vegetables
- Don't starve yourself
- Don't calorie court unless you have to
- Walking is exercising
- Follow the 5 20 rule
- Only eat 1 serving size of whatever if you are calorie counting
- If your using heat to loose weight (I don't recommend it) don't over do it

- The lemon juice and aloe may burn and or sting a little. But after awhile it will stop but you must leave it alone
- Get an ice cube and rub it on your face it'll open the pores up, then seal them back up with warm water or if you wasn't let the pores leak and wipe it off with a towel
- Wash your face daily and nightly
- Leave aloe and lemon juice on overnight but be sure to wash your face in the morning
- Clearasil does work, I highly recommend it
- Wash your hands often
- Put your hair upClothes
