RavenClaw_K claimed that Snape was the Worst. But I think I can name people throughout HP who are worse than him. For once, I'm defending him! Not annoying him. Though, it' not really defending him. I'm just pointing out he could've done worse and that he's really only The Absolute Worst to about maybe Neville and Ron. Until about like...Prisoner Of Askaban or Goblet Of Fire, he's more like an annoying antagongist (who's terrifying). He's not a big bad until the 6th-7th book, so he can't be the worst.
