Chapter 17

Sandra walked up to Jay who was chilling on the bleachers.

"Hey Jay lets get this project done!" Sandra said.

"Oh right let's start that" Jay said.

Sandra sat down next to Jay and opened her notebook. Inside were notes about Captain Hook.

"What notes do you have on Hook?" she asked, glancing at Jay's notes.

"I covered Hook's crew, including a bit of notes on Smee; Hook's fear of Tic-Toc Croc; and every plot he ever had in Neverland."

"I have stuff on his activities back on the Isle and stuff about himself, along with his daughter, Harriet. I thought people should know who he is now, along with he was in the past."

"Good idea. It will give people a better idea of what he's like."

"Exactly. How about we exchange notes and mark what things we want to focus on?"

"Sounds good."

The two exchanged notebooks. Sandra shivered slightly when a chill ran down her back due to having touched Jay's hand during the exchange. She pulled back and began to read through the notes. After a few minutes, the two had finished marking one another's notes. They passed the notebooks back to each other.

"Now that we have this information, we should expand on these topics," Sandra suggested. "Next time we get together, we can start trying to figure out how we want to present this."

"Alright," Jay replied. "Sounds like a plan."

Sandra stood up and gathered her things.

"See you next time, Jay."

"See you later."

Sandra nodded to him and walked back towards the school.

Chloe was walking towards her dorm until someone was calling her name. Chloe turned around, and saw Jasen running towards her.

"Jasen what are you doing here?" Chloe said.

"I wanted to hangout with you. Is that a problem?" Jasen asked.

"No, but you didn't have to scream my name. You do know where my dorm is right?" Chloe said while giving Jasen a little push.

"Yes, but I saw you walking through the halls, and I wanted to talk to you" Jasen said.

"Oh okay. What did you wanna talk to me about?" Chloe asked.

"Oh right um what was your favorite food on the isle?" Jasen asked.

"That is hard, but I will have to say crusty barley oatmeal with mushy bananas" Chloe said while Jasen looked at her weirdly.

"What the heck is crusty barley oatmeal?" Jasen asked.

"It is something I loved on the isle" Chloe said.

"Oh cool um I have to go, but it was great seeing you!" Jasen said while walking away.

"Why did he want to know my favorite food on the isle?" Chloe asked to himself.

"Great how am I supposed to make crusty barley oatmeal?" Jasen asked himself. Jasen walked to his dorm, and did some research on how to make it, but he found nothing. He just made it the way it sounded. Jasen knew how to make oatmeal, so he can just make it crusty.

"I hope this tastes good" Jasen said while taking the oatmeal, and putting it in the fridge.
